Ok so I'm on day 5 of using the DA pulling rinse. I was a bit skeptical at first reading through the reviews but what sold me was the no sink clogging factor. Let me back up a bit. I was looking for a temporary solution to fix tasting and smelling my cavity which gave my breath kung-fu like properties. So day 1 of using the DA I experimented on my child first to see if she'd spit it out because I didn't trust it. I know I'm a great parent, but she gave it thumbs up. BTW I did cut it with a peroxide non alcohol mint mouth wash. I only did 30 seconds the first day. It wasn't too bad but my kung-fu properties faded. It's day 5 now and I'm up to 10 minutes of pulling. No more lingering cavity smell or taste, longer fresher breath, and I've been stripped off all my kung-fu belts. The texture is light and very tolerable and I still mix a little mouth wash in. No clogs or residue in my sink or on my teeth as a advertised, no drying out of my lips and it has amazing ingredients. I'm still going to the dentist when it becomes more affordable, because this is not a miracle cure for decay that has already happened to my tooth. But it does help for sure. I'm going to continue using the product if something changes like my teeth fall out or I turn into a vampire I will update you guys before I lure you in to quench my thirst. Remember we're all different what works for me might not work for everyone else. But you never know until you try it and if all else fails try it out on your little kids first like I did.

I absolutely love this stuff. So far I’ve tried the cinnamon and the bubble gum flavors , both have the same ingredients and both taste good! Cinnamon taste like big red and bubblegum taste like kids bubblegum flavored tooth products. I believe this stuff works miracles on your mouth and I noticed a difference right away. Using this in conjunction with flossing and brushing has really made a difference. The longer you swoosh, the better the results. And it just happens to remove stains and whiten your teeth too! I was going to try the other brand you see on tik tok but decided this one works so good, why change ? Try it !!

So I have been using this and neem toothpaste. I brought them both around the same time. So I’m not sure which one or if it’s both that have been doing wonders on me teeth. I love the results I’m seeing. I will continue to use both products. My teeth are definitely looking white!! I also notice my gums look healthier. Only thing I would suggest is a cup for measuring the oil.

Finally a flavor that’s not mint or cinnamon. I use it 2-3 times for 15-20 minutes and it has helped with plaque build-up and help some with whitening. The flavor is good but very mild.

I purhased this product for my first experience with oil pulling and am loving it. I became interested in oil pulling after hearing of its benefits for people with gum issues.... my problems are specifically the beginnings of receeding gum lines, bleeding, and gum irritation. Taking up oil pulling, continuous use of floss, and minimal use of soft tooth brushing has helped. No more gum irritation no bleeding. The cinnamon flavoring leaves you feeling refreshed, and bad breathe is not an issue. Also, if you have any problems with congestion using the rinse for an extended time (5+ minutes) definatly helps clear congestion and with detox. Beauty bonus- use a small amount of oil on a tooth brush to exfoliate lips and give natural plumping effect. Do your research on different oil pulling oils and the technique- I've been pulling with this same bottle for almost three months now. I love the results and the changes happened within the first week. Sidenote: oil pulling supposendly helps with regenerating tooth enamel and gum tissue- though my gums are definatly much healthier I havent noticed any changes in my receeding gum line. Again do your research on the different oils you can use as different base oils have different properties that may be beneficial to you.

I got the 16oz cinnamon flavor and it tastes SWEET. It’s disgusting, pulling oil shouldn’t be so sweet, it tastes like it’s got added sugar or something, but there’s no obvious sweetener listed on the package. Instead of leaving my mouth feeling hydrated and moisturized like other brands, this oil is just drying, gives a numb/chapped feeling, and makes my lips itch. I love cinnamon everything, but this is WEIRD. Never had this issue with any other cinnamon product. I wish I’d tried it before pouring it into the bottle and peeling the label off, I’d return it and get my $27 back. I can’t wait til this is gone, tbh. I’ll never order this brand again. Banyan is where it’s at, they’re actually Ayurvedic. This mess is just gross. Don’t do it. Spend the extra $ on a better brand.

Love this mild oil mixture and its soothing effects.

I would give this no stars if I could. HORRIBLE feel and taste. Might as well gargle with straight olive oil. Disgusting. And there is no mint flavor at all.
