YES!!! The Virbac C.E.T. System WORKS!!!!!
YES!!! They really work! Forget Greenies or whatever other chew you are using. The Virbac C.E.T.ÂŽ Enzymatic Oral Hygiene Chews are truly amazing! HISTORY: During Sailor's annual physical our vet urged for a full teeth cleaning. During that visit I asked about what dental care products he recommended moving forward. Without hesitation he recommended both the CET Chews and Liquid AQUADENT and even provided me with informational pamphlets. OK. I thought perhaps some day that's what I will do. So, I called to make the appointment for Sailor's dental treatment and was told that the cost would be OVER $1,000.00 USD (i.e. NOT Pesos but Dollars). Screw that! ACTION: I immediately ordered both the Virbac C.E.T.ÂŽ Enzymatic Oral Hygiene Chews and the C.E.T. AQUADENT. RESULTS: In less than 30 days Sailor's teeth show remarkable improvement...astonishing. As a side benefit, his breath is fresh and clean. ISSUES: At first Sailor was not overly enamored with the Chews and was somewhat fussy drinking the treated water. BE PATIENT. Within 5-10 days he now looks forward to his daily Chew and laps up his water enthusiastically. The Virbac C.E.T. system WORKS!!!!!!!

Dogs love them. Theyâre good for their teeth
These chews are great! The vet recommends bc of the enzymes on the chews, helps with tartar. The dogs love them. Must watch them chew them bc they try to swallow it when it gets smaller as they chew it.

My picky dental disaster approves
After finding out my 2yr old had dental issues, and lots of visits to the vet/dentist. We take dental care extremely seriously. I was informed about some that can help from our veterinary dentist after the last cleaning. I was all for it. My picky dog actually prefers these to most other treats, and I think they actually reduce the amount of tartar in-between brushes while help keep his breath fresh. He loves the taste and they are awesome because it's a chew! What more can you ask for....

Helps prevent plaque build-up when used daily.
I have two 8 lb dogs and both like these, the petite size. Consistently get 30 in a package, consistent length and thickness. One dog is crazy about them but there isn't anything edible he doesn't like. The other doesn't always eat his at one sitting but he won't let the other dog take it away from him. To me they smell like non-food. These chews aren't rawhide, at least the very small ones aren't. They are brittle and break off when bitten. All chews are choking hazards. For my crazy boy, I've had to do the choking manuever twice on him, once for rawhide and once for watermelon since he won't chew anything he thinks may be taken away from him, he just tries to swallow it whole. I have used the larger chews for my standard poodles when they were still living. All my dogs have benefited from these chews. My old poodles only required one dental cleaning during their lives. My current little guys (known for teeth problems) have no tartar build up at 4 and 5 years old. Part of this is because they also like to chew on their toys and play fetch. I do no other dental care with them. Hope this helps.

Enzymatic dog chews
I'm so happy to find these! I've got a big boy, APBT, that loves a good chew and I had noticed he was getting some plaque buildup. The first one out of the bag he wasn't too sure about. He had to sniff it a few times, tossed it in the air, generally just played with it. I encouraged him to chew it and then he got busy! For as aggressive a chewer as he is, these last longer than I would have thought! I did notice a little blood on the first one; I equated that to like when a human doesn't take care of their teeth then they floss, they get bloody gums. IDK, I'm not a veterinarian. I give him one for his morning snack and as he's been having them, I'm not seeing the blood anymore. My guy really enjoys them and he heads straight to the bag when it's time. He gets so excited with his little (big) tippy tap feet đž he can't sit still

I had ordered these in the past without any issues. My dog absolutely loves them, and they worked great for helping reduce tartar and keeping his teeth clean. Before this experience, I would have happily given this product 5 stars. Unfortunately, the last bag I received had small holes all over the packaging. At first, I thought maybe the bones inside were still fine, so I opened the bag and compared them to an older one I still had. I noticed that the ones from the damaged bag were more yellowish and had strange tiny specks in them, almost like small black dots. I tried taking pictures, but itâs hard to capture clearly on camera. I wanted to return the product and reorder it, but then I realized that this item cannot be returned. That means my $30 essentially went straight into the trash, which is very disappointing. To be fair, I will order another bag to give the product another chance, as this may have just been an unfortunate packaging issue. However, if this happens again, I will not purchase it again. The no-return policy is frustrating because it prevents customers from sending back defective items so the seller can see the problem and address it. It would be unfortunate for the company to lose customers over something like this, because before this incident it was actually my favorite dental chew for my dog. I used to recommend it often because it cleaned his teeth well, worked effectively, and my dog, who is very picky, absolutely loved them.

These chews are extremely hard!! I couldnât break them after soaking them for 10 minutes and hot water. Become very slimy and I wouldnât trust them for becoming a choking problem.. theyâre not returnable so I guess itâs money in the garbage, not worth using them at the cost of my dogâs life.
