Very good, taste is pleasant and texture is not sticky that gets stuck in your teeth. Very simple to pop one in your mouth every morning as they are small, doesn’t upset my stomach. Quality is good. Recommend!

These are surprisingly potently flavored, having a strong gummy raspberry flavor I wasn't quite expecting. I've purchased similar items before and the flavor of the B12 and B-complex gummies usually weren't on par with those of other supplements from the same manufacturer, but these definitely are. Take note of the mcg listed for these. They list 1000 mcg per dose, which they list as 2 gummies. That's actually twice the dosage of almost every other B12 and B-complex manufacturer, who lists a dosage of 500 mcg provided through 2 gummies. I got these and have been taking only 1 gummy per dose instead of the recommended 2 in order to keep my dosage consistent. That also means these gummies will last twice as long before you have to buy more. Definitely a good buy, though I'd recommend taking only 1 gummy per day instead of the 2 they suggest. I love these... Four stars because the wrong flavor arrived... It doesn't seem like there would be much difference between "cherry and mixed berries" (what I received) and "cherry and wild berries" (what I've confirmed I ordered)... But the former is definitely inferior to the latter when it comes to taste. So five stars for what I ordered, four for what I got. I know I can return, but that is more hassle than it's worth... And I've already opened a bottle. I am a big fan of the gentle energy boost the product delivers. Excellent product! I have hypothyroidism and tended to feel sluggish despite my daily thyroid pill...which was the proper dose according to blood tests. So, I decided to try these B12s. Beings they were gummies, I figured it would be easy to take if nothing else, so they were worth trying I take two each morning and can finally make it through a whole day like any other person! I feel energized and awake, when before all I felt like doing was napping! I love these and recommend them to anybody having trouble keeping up with life!
