Dogs LOVE it!!!!
Dogs were tired of the same old food just as people do but this really perked up their appetites!!! Jumping up and running in circles - super excitement! Soft for their palates!!

Hills Science Diet for healthy liver
My Maltese has high liver enzymes & am feeding this mixed in with other wet food. This food is a bit dry & my dog doesn't like it on its own so I mix with other brands. Am taking him back for follow up appt soon, so will have to see how his next bloodwork panel is then.

She Loved It
Our sweet little dog who we said goodbye to last October loved this food. So much better for her liver. Be aware that you must have a prescription from your veterinarian to purchase this dog food.

Must have for 7lb Chihuahua with Liver Shunt
I've always purchased Hills Science L/D canned food for my Elvis and I purchased this specifically for the CHICKEN flavor not the Original....HOWEVER DID NOT RECEIVE THE CHICKEN FLAVOR AS ADVERTISED...rec'd the Original flavor so a bit disappointed in that, but he'll use it ....

Your veterinarian has to approve each renewal order.
The product is good quality and has the proper ingredients. Reordering it is a pain.

Prescription Food
It took a couple of days for my dog to get use to it. Comes in a loaf in the can. Hard to smash up. But results are great. Has helped my dog a lot. Have kept her on it for 3 yrs. My dog is small and I smash it up with dry prescription dog food.

This is the only i/d liver care food, she'll eat. So I'm glad. As long as she's healthy and happy that's all that matters, she's not just a dog, she's family.
