I have used this razor since September. I love the attachments and I can use it in the shower. I did have a little hiccup but customer service resolved the issue very quickly and I am happy with the result.

This is a particularly good buy. With shavers, it always seems to be hit and miss. Packaging Neatly sent in tidy box. No excess waste there. Easy to put back the five pieces in the slots. Therefore can be repackaged easily when moving house etc Shaver and Accessories Slick, modern design. Easy, firm grip. Easy to change the heads - satisfying click when seated correctly. Half star off: the precise trimming head comes with a plastic guard so that you can use it to determine the closeness of the shave. However, mine won't stay on. Nothing looks broken. It just won't sit on the head at the highest level. In the product video, you'll notice they hold on to it as they change the setting. Other parts Excellent move on the stand that is also part of this set. You can set all the pieces to dry while standing. That is very useful. And the stand is washable. Small, easily gripped brush for removing hair. Works well Instruction manual READ it! This thing really requires you to understand what you're doing. Actual shave This unit is a fairly quiet one. I have used all except the epilator head. They are all comfortable. No snagging, no pulling. No discomfort. No redness or tenderness after. While shaving under arm, I was concerned that it wasn't as close as I would like, but when complete it was smooth. Very smooth. Using for leg though: it is not as close and smooth as I would get with a razor. I used the 2-in-1 shaving head without guard. Maybe I didn't press down hard enough. So that's the other half star. With all the instructions, it is going to take some learning. So I'll try again and see if it works better. Same for the precise trimming head. The silicone facial cleansing head works very well with my facial scrub and I could feel and see a difference after use. Other The unit comes with a charging cable but NOT the adapter. Use the one for your phone if possible. Takes only an hour or so to charge - convenient. Can easily place all pieces in a small carry bag for travel purposes. Summary So far, am quite happy with purchase, but need to practice for a closer shave and the precise trimming head guard doesn't work so well. This unit is pretty magical in it's design and results.

Love the product. But there’s one thing that keeps falling apart it’s the blade/ shaver. Wears out to fast . I’ve bought 2 of them at different times and the same thing happens. And I can’t find where to get that one part . So I want buy one again until I find out how to get that part

Bought it June 2023 it did the job well . However delicate it’s not working :( lasted less than a year 1/2

Mi serviva un rasoio elettrico, ed avendo già provato il vaporizzatore viso di questa marca, ho deciso di acquistarlo. Il prezzo è davvero conveniente visti tutti gli accessori, soprattutto la spugnetta per la pulizia del viso! La mia preferita in assoluto 😍 Il rasoio funziona perfettamente, non troppo rumoroso. In generale è leggerissimo con qualsiasi accessorio, e può essere utilizzato sotto l’acqua! Arriva con cavetto per ricaricarlo ed una spazzolino la per ripulire le lame, la carica della batteria viene segnalata da una spia led sul manico. Non meno importante il design, adoro la base che da la possibilità di avere tutti gli accessori a portata di mano sempre sulla mensola del bagno! Consiglio davvero l’acquisto! In generale questa marca ha prodotti davvero validi!

The shaver comes with 5 different heads, and a cleaning brush. Most easily my favourite head is the 3-in-1 shaving head. It shaved the hairs incredibly well and smooth, and was really quick. The shaving head is soft so it easy on your skin. The shaver is a little noisy, but effective. It also comes with a Facial cleansing head, which felt OK, but probably needs a little more prolonged use to see more effective results. A detailed trimmer is also included, which is great, as it has 3 settings. I did manage to pull off the blade comb whilst trying to set it, but easily set it back into place. There is also a Epilator and another trimming head, both of which worked great. Changing the accessories is really easy by popping on and off. Charging for the first use was quick, and seems to last ages so you don't need to keep recharging after every use. Fully recommended if you are looking for a great shaver at a reasonable price.

Very poor performance.... try to return it and is a nightmare because it was selled by a 3rd party (don't know what it means) for me I bought it from Amazon.... You have to pay for the shipping fees to returned and its been 5 weeks that they received and I'm still fighting my reimbursement... What a PITA !
