Definitely a fan of these. Took two and was asleep in just a few minutes. Slept well and didn't have any wierd dreams. Also, probably tmi, but slept nearly 7 hours without waking up even once because I needed to go to the restroom.

Works okay but didn’t keep me asleep long

I am in my mid 30s and have troubles at times getting to sleep and staying asleep. While traveling in Italy for a month I used an Italian brand called “Notte Dreams” that was a life saver keeping me fresh and rested for long packed days of driving and sight seeing. I was looking for something comparable that I could use and purchase in the states. This had very similar ingredients and grams used. Although I would purchase the Italian meds over this in a heart beat for better value, shape, size, and effectiveness I am still happy with it considering.

Didn't work for me at all after taking 2 capsules. Just kept me awake for hours. Maybe I need to take them differently or try something else.
