Works well. The unit is made of good quality plastic (not thin trash like another boot dryer I had to return). The fan is decent, and the heating elements work well. It will dry my boots overnight, and has a spot for gloves which is nice as well. It is pretty good overall, but they should have provided caps to put over the pillars that are not in use (like when drying just boots) because a lot of heat and air escapes from the open pillars. I made some caps myself, but they should be included. A lot of these other "boot dryers" are garbage. This one was a LOT better for a little more money.

This works amazing, I love it and use it everyday. Even when boots aren't wet I throw them on for a 60 mins or so and it's keeps them fresh and odor free. When they do get wet from rain or whatever this dries them out thoroughly for the next day. It's been 6 months of almost daily usage, no issues.

Bought this for my grandson - he tells me IT'S GREAT! dries his boots, shoes and gloves easily.... likes that it has a timer and can be run even without the heat on! Does a GREAT job..... he especially likes the extended posts for the ski boots..

This is for the 2 shoe, manual timer model. The dryer seems to work okay, but it certainly isn't silent, nor even silent-ish. It's not "loud" neither. Guess "whisper" is relative. I'd say it sounds like a neighbor vacuuming or using a blow dryer in the apartment on the other side of the wall. It's probably as loud as my microwave (which makes surprising amount of sound), definitely louder than my dishwasher. It's not terrible, but I definitely wouldn't want to have it running in my living room or bedroom. I can hear it running while placed in the downstairs hall, but tolerable. Sound level aside, it seems to warm to an acceptable level, it's warmer than I thought, but I think it's fine. It would be nice if this model would have had switchable heat mode like the bigger units. I haven't used it on very wet shoes yet, but I'm sure it will take at least a few hours to get soaked ones dry. I believe the fins running the length of the tubes on some of the other 4-shoe models would help on this one, as it would allow more/better air circulation out of the shoes to carry the moisture out even better, right now you are basically blowing into a bottle with a (heated) straw. I debated -1 or -2 stars for the sound level, but am giving it benefit of the doubt for now. If allowed, it would be 3.5 stars at this point.

I was looking up this purchase recently to tell a friend and realized I’ve had it for 5 years with no problems. (The price hasn’t even changed!) It’s quiet, reliable, and gently dries out my boots overnight. It’s basic - no on off switch, just plug in to heat. The tray does a good jobs catching drips. So useful as it gets pretty wet in the PNW (you might have heard that) and I do volunteer work on the trails. I’m sure the one with the fans are faster to dry but this has worked well for me.

High quality. Blower works great. Boots dry within a couple hours. Seems to eliminate smell. I have one for home and one for hunting camp. Also great for gloves and socks.

We love this for drying our boots and gloves. Works great. This is the second one we purchased to have ability to dry all our stuff at one time.

Bought this so after I clean our shoes I can just leave it there to dry. I love the timer and size of it, theres an additional option that you can make it big to accomodate longer shoes like boots. 👍🏼

Price point is great. I use it on winter boots for 3 hours and it's usually enough though aomethjnes I have to do 2 sets. Downside is the max is 3 hours. I'd love to be able to set it longer. I've had a few people ask me for the link and ask to borrow it. I love that it folds up and fits in my locker as I live in a shelter environment with limited space. It's no louder than a table fan. So if you happen to like white noise to sleep, free bonus.

Bought for drying mine and my partner's ski boots after a full day's of skiing. Have been using it for the past two months, almost every weekend. Works really well, we can have our boots dry and ready for the next day. Usually dries each pair within 1.5hours. Not fully silent, there is a fan-like noise as expected of something outputting air, but it's not enough to be disturbing. It's small enough to be tucked away when not being used. Overall very satisfied
