Very easy to use by just applying it over the underarm hair using the spatula given. A hairs were renoved easily after keeping it for 15 mins. Please do not keep it longer than that. It may show an adverse effect as in my right hand underarm i kept it for longer than 15 min . My skin became itchy and redish in colour. Thus applied coconut oil got some relax. So keep it only for the max 15 min

It takes a lot to apply since its an cream type product. Although it works in removing hair, it takes a bit of pressure while cleaning with the spatula. That too in private area its a bit pain.

Doesn't remove much hair as per the expectation. Had to use another way along with this. To put in a percentage it just removes/shorts the hair strands with 60% succes rate, so it forces you to always use the alternate way to achieve the desired result
