Cardiopulmonary Physical Therapy: Management and Case Studies

Cardiopulmonary physiotherapy wasn't part of the physiotherapy education I got. I am trying to cover the gaps in my education in order to pass licensing exams in another country and this book is extremely well written. The chapters are short so going through the whole thing doesn't seem like a pain. Additionally the practice cases at the end as well as the powerpoints available online are really helpful. I am a great fan of the tables like the ones for breath sounds and ABGs. Since I know that is the stuff I really need to get down. The only problem I have with it is that at times they refer to something that is really important and state that the information is beyond the scope of this book. When going to the references not all of them are easily accessible. Since I am paranoid about not passing this exam not being able to access everything mentioned as important stresses me out.

The book was super clean, pages and cover intact and delivery was very fast. Was abit worried at first but am glad I tried it.

This is an amazing book! It details everything that you need to know to work in the cardiorespiratory or pulmonary sector and has pictures to help people's comprehension. Honestly, it is the first time, as a student, that I am so keen on keeping a school manual for future professional purposes. Honestly, thumbs up!! It even has little case scenarios at the end which, in my opinion, is what a lot of manuals lack. One has to be ready for any scenario! The book also gives you access to online resources.
