Organic Cinnamon Harvest Breakfast Cereal, Vegan, Box, 1.01 lb, 65.2 Oz, Pack of 4

I used to eat this kind of cereal years ago but switched to eating soggy Cheerios lately. I then switched back after purchasing this on Amazon. I'm so very happy switching back because basically these really don't get soggy. And they have just the right amount of sweetener. I happen to be a diabetic but my blood sugar is always normal which I'm so very glad that's not an issue to have to contend with. Because of being unable to purchase this cereal here locally anywhere, I am satisfied to be able to purchase things I like and need like this product on Amazon. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to increase their fiber, nutrition and excellent taste. This cereal is well worth the expense and worth a try for anyone wanting to improve their health. Thanks go out to Amazon again for providing a whole lot of different products that are unavailable anywhere else.

I've recently cut all dairy products from my diet and have had to find a substitute for the granola and yogurt breakfast I was eating. I was happy to find a non-gmo product in Kashi's Cinnamon Harvest cereal. They have a great taste and are easy to take anywhere (even if it is way past breakfast time and you are merely looking for a healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth).

I eat a lot of cereal made by Kashi but this is by far my favorite. In general, I do not like shredded wheat products. The texture, to me, is gritty and dry. Once soaked in milk, the regular shredded wheat pillows turn to a mush and are not pleasing. However, I decided to try Kashi's Cinnamon Harvest mostly because of what I saw on the nutrition label. Imagine my surprise when I bit into a crunch pillow of shredded wheat that encircles a slightly sweet cinnamon center. Delicious. For me, they generally don't have time to turn to mush in my bowl because I eat them too fast. They have a good level of protein, are a great source of fiber and are not too high in sugar. I really recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a great tasting high fiber cereal.

These Kashi Organic Cinnamon Harvest Biscuits are by far my favorite organic cereal. The sweetness is just right, not overbearing or missing. The cinnamon and sugar permeate the entire biscuit, not just the top of it. The cinnamon taste gives the biscuits an extra sweetness without extra sugar. The best part are the ORGANIC ingredients, you just can't beat the price for such great, quality wholesomeness!

I love this stuff! I have this as my night-time snack(dry)and it is just right. It has the perfect amount of sweetness(not too much) and a great satisfying crunch. I was buying this product from the local discount store, but Amazon had it on their "Subscribe and Save" program and it actually came out less expensive. It is also much fresher this way...don't know how long those boxes were sitting in the store, but these have a much crunchier crunch. Another reviewer remarked that you need to ask for extra padding to keep it from getting smashed, but I didn't and mine wasn't(not anymore so than that in the store). When I get to that part, I just throw in some raisins and almond milk and have it for breakfast. YUM!!

But I wish they would make this particular cereal without any sugar at all, it is not as tasty as it could be, because of the sugar. This has a lot of sugar, figures, being with Cinnamon which I do like. So I just t get their other, the Autumn Wheat which has a little less sugar, which usually washes out in the milk... I am grateful to all my sellers of these Goodies as we are over 70 and have no car, and must have Organic products with the problem of some other dried wheat/grain products having traces of some horrid herbicide in it! Thank you KASHI & Seller, great products, 5stars! But as I said, Please reduce the sugar!

I like the taste of the cereal no sodium taste great with a little milk is wonderful

We have been receiving this cereal through amazon's subscribe-and-save option at $0.20/ounce. This is cheaper than Wally World as we are talking about free shipping to Hawaii. I have a big family and my kids (7 of them) and I eat this cereal up with unsweetened organic soy milk. I am so glad they like this cereal even though they would rather eat the sugary type with the bright colors and mysterious ingredients. I appreciate the simple, wholesome goodness of this organic non-gmo cereal. Thank you Kashi!
