Stash Tea Double Bergamot Earl Grey Black Tea, Box of 100 Tea Bags

I must say the wait was so long for me to imbibe this most delectable of tea concoctions, the Stash Double Bergamot blend. It was years since I had previously ingested what in my opinion is the best tea I have ever tasted, the most perfect exquisite velvet, lavender with a long rolling draught of bergamot that embraces both tongue and pallet like a perfected kiss. Being one of a very exacting aesthetic I was never satisfied with any other Earl Grey blends other than that of the Stash company. And of their blends only the Double Bergamont truly satisfied. The regular bergamot made me drink cup after cup to get what one-cup of the absolutely perfect Double Bergamot Earl Grey delivers. When I first brewed the tea it had been so long I thought Stash had changed the flavor, it seemed weaker. I analyzed and found out I was using my brewer that did not get my tea hot enough. A quick refresh in my microwave fixed it and I had a most delicious tea experience. I so relaxed after drinking my cup of tea I began thinking about the used tea bag. I was going to place it my composter but my wonderful tea drinking experience gleaned for me a much better use. The inspiration it bestowed upon me caused me to realize that I could take and air dry my used tea bags. They smell so wonderful! I was already using my bergamot essential oil to make scents and bath oils. I knew I could turn my dried used Stash tea bags into wonderful home made sachets. I will mix them with other home made potpourri and place them in our dresser drawers. The packets the tea comes in I cut open neatly with scissors and save them as I can vacuum seal them. I place small things like daily vitamins in them and vacuum seal them. If you are new to Earl Grey tea might I suggest sweetening it with 3 teaspoons of Sugar In The Raw or other unrefined sugar and milk. I use my home made organic soymilk and I do not miss the taste of dairy milk, it tastes amazingly just like it when placed in the tea. Thanks to Stash Tea Company and Amazon for allowing me to purchase enough of this wonderful tea. I am so amazed after all these years I finally get to have it whenever I want! It is much appreciated. -Julie Sands UPDATE: More Tips on used Stash Packets-Cut them neatly open instead of tearing them and save them in a mason jar for reuse. They are great for placing a daily vitamin in each when traveling. Just put the vitamin in and fold the top neatly over to close it. They easily fit in both suitcase and pocket. If you are able to share gardening seeds or like to save garden seeds place them in a Stash packet and label them. They can be heat sealed with a heat sealer. When the Stash packets are reopened they still contain the lovely scent of the tea that was inside and it is appreciated. by Julie Sands

I love this tea on a daily basis, so i am very glad it can be found in bulk on Amazon. This order is 100 single wrap tea bags, loose in the shipped box, so i organized them into 2 Original boxes i had, 50, & 5-packs in a large Ziploc bag. I don't know why Safeway doesn't carry it, b/c it's a good caffeine replacement for coffee, has a great aroma, is at least as calming as my dark roast coffee. Easy to have it cold as well as hot, & no tannic acid taste. Thanks Stash !!! 💖

Stash tea Earl Grey has wonderful bergamot flavor. Sealed individual packets keep tea fresh until ready for use. Good $ savings when purchased in 100 unit count.

Stash is the only brand I buy for hot tea. The double bergamot earl gray is the best, and I’ve tried many brands.

These are great...when Amazon sends the correct item. About 1/4 or 1/5 of the time I get the normal Earl Grey which I don't like. I've contacted Stash about this (it's shipped by Amazon but appears to be labeled by Stash) with no reply. Amazon doesn't sell the loose leaf variety so I'll try that directly from Stash because the foil lined packages seem to really protect the tea but also they seem wasteful. The tea itself has a great flavor but also is so robust that you really abuse the tea by leaving it in the water for a long time without ruining the flavor. It just gets stronger.

We love this tea. It smells so good. And it has a unique flavor for an earl grey. Just don’t steep too long. Gets a bit bitter.
