I bought this as a stage 2 compression after tummy tuck and lipo to flanks. My spouse helped me put it on the 1st time. I was on the 1st row initially but I found I could easily bump compression by tightening it more.Always start at the very bottom hook, the 1st one is the hardest! It’s about 4days and I’mAlready on the last row, I basically skipped 3rd row and went straight to 4th and last row. It has good enough compression but you really need to wear lipo foams to sides and ab board. It will dig on your sides and mid abdomen leaving marks. Use those other things for best outcome!It is actually comfy when you’re used to having compression on. I got used to compression after surgery but my surgeon only wants me to compress 12hrs a day. You will not be eating tons of food with this on because it’s so tight you’re gonna lose weight from eating less! The thigh part is a little tricky so you have to position it appropriately so it doesn’t dig! Don’t pull it close to the groin, it will dig! Walking around with it is fine.I wore it on the treadmill walking at 3miles/hr for 30mins and I was breathing fine.I walk a lot at work so this is why I wore it on the treadmill so I’ll know if I need to buy another one for work days. You may get “chicken but*” so adjust it good. The opening is good enough when you pee, needs getting used to. you need to fully be seated with legs wide apart hold your underwear away so when you pee you won’t dampen it with pee! The flap is thong design so it gets weird sometimes adjusting so you don’t get it wedged in there. The fabric is pretty good.Don’t put in the dryer otherwise you’ll ruin the elasticity. I may need to size down for my 2nd one since I’m at the border for measurements.

I live in Australia therefore I had to read all the 133 reviews before I could make a decision given that the shipping costs make this item VERY pricey.Just in shipping I ended up paying almost $40 which is half of the full product price.Anyway, after reading all the reviews I could not help but wonder; " is this manufacturer that wrong when it comes to sizing ? " I mean, this people are in the business of compression garments so how could they be that wrong in regarding to sizes since a considerable number of customers state this product to be "- wayyyyyy too small". It simply did not make any sense to me.I am 5'5'' tall, 148 lbs, 30" waist, 41" hips. According to the size chart I was supposed to get a MEDIUM. I had the hard task in my hands to either, stick to the size chart OR go up a size or two following the suggestions made by other buyers.After some considerations I decided to go only one size up. Instead of a MEDIUM I ordered a LARGE.Conclusion: STICK TO THE SIZE CHART. This product is not small at all. Get your measure and stick to it... This is a compression garment. This is supposed to be tight and also a struggle to clips the hooks together.Straight away I was able to wear it on the 4th row of clips. It is not ideal as I am already on the maximum level of compression but it tight - I could have ordered the size indicated by chart EASILY. There is no discomfort or pain and the quality of this garment is excellent.I would definitely recommend this product.

Bought this faja as I already have a Maria E second stage faja and wanted to get the one with the shorts. The one I currently own is an XL and purchased the L since already in the 4th (last row) of my XL faja. The sizing is off on this model. The sizing chart is the exact same as the one I previously purchased but when it arrived I couldn’t even get the legs through it without feeling excruciating pain to the point I threw up after I took it off. The sizing is really off and I think you need to go up 3 to 4 sizes because it will not fit you going just off of your measurements. I’m truly disappointed and wished they would size the leg openings according to the measurements. I felt like The leg measurement sizing was a youth size or a toddler size and my adult legs didn’t fit. For the maker of this please include sizing for the legs as well so women know they will not fit into this if they have a but or thighs larger than a preteen. Requested a return over 4 days ago and still haven’t gotten the shipping label. I feel that my refund is going to take five years at this rate and the current faja I have now (the XL) is too large !

When I first tried putting on this faja it was hard to get into but then I gave it a second try it wasn’t so bad. It compresses really well I had to start with the first hooks and I was also able to wear my foams and ab board. I ordered my actual size medium

The garment itself appears to be of good quality. It even arrived a day sooner than Prime promised. But the size chart is an absolute LIE. I measured my waist and based on the chart I needed a medium. I was extremely skeptical because I know, even after my tummy tuck, I'm NOT a medium, but I decided to trust their advice. This size is suitable for an 8 year old! I'm so very disappointed. I'm sure this has happened to practically anyone who has followed the size recommendations.If you purchase this garment be prepared to be unable to fit it unless you either buy more than one size, or cross your fingers and order 3 to 4 sizes larger than the listed size
