I’m pretty sure that it doesn’t. There is an ingredient list on the bottle.

Q: Why do my most recent bottle smell exactly like strong italian salad dressing with oil? The other two had no smell.

Check out the product images on Amazon and you will see why. I’m not sure why one smells and the other ones do not. Perhaps the smelly one was made with stronger garlic than the other batches? I’ve never noticed a smell like you are describing.
