My old art light bulb finally burned out and I found this one and it worked perfect! Nice and bright again!

I needed to replace the bulb in my magnifying lamp. With so many LEDs out now, I was concerned about finding what I needed. This matched the specs and fit my needs perfectly. Easy to install.

My wife uses an adjustable arm lamp that contains one of these circular flourescents and an incandescent bulb in the middle for sewing work. The flourescent stopped working a long time ago; she was bugging me for a replacement, and I had no idea where to find one. So, I finally pulled the flourescent out of the fixture to get its part number, looked it up on Amazon; immediately found this one, and ordered it. Oddly, when I put the old flourescent back in, it started working again. But it was pretty dirty and I thought it would be a bit brighter if I cleaned it up, and that we could just keep the new one on hand as a spare. Good idea ... bad execution. When I tried to take the bulb out again, one of the little spring clips that hold it in the fixture slipped, smacked the bulb and broke it. Sigh. No big deal, though ... had the replacement within two days; put it in with no problem; the lamp's now working good as new, and the wife is happy. Only time will tell if this replacement lasts anywhere near as long as the original (Made In Germany) did. The End.

Arrived extremely quickly, was very well packed with other items in Amazon box. When I first installed this tube and turned it on, I was disappointed, thinking I had been duped, but I gave it a minute to warm up, and as I finalized the position and put the fixture cover in place, the bulb sprang to full intensity and proper light color. It seems to be as stated: a warm white, plenty of lumens output, as good as the Philips that it replaced. If it lasts six years like the Philips, I'll really be happy. For now, it seems like a winner. Can't beat it for the price I paid.

this is a great day light, it was super easy to install and works perfectly. even use a yellow diffuser and still bright.

I like the fact that when I turn the light on I can see. "Yes I picked up my hammer and saw", said the blind man. It was easy to replace. Amazon was the easiest place for me to purchase the pair of lights (different sizes) that I needed.
