I didn't think ANYTHING could get rid of the smell of cat or dog urine but wow....this stuff is amazing. I use this stuff for the most stubborn of smells that NOTHING ELSE will touch and best of all....it doesnt just "mask odors" but completely eradicates them. Amazing stuff.

Great product

The oxy stain remover has successfully removed a variety of pet stains, including urine and vomit, from upholstery in my apartment (I do not have carpet). It worked on a used couch that was gifted to me that smelled harshly of cat urine from the previous owners. The fact that it's formulated specifically for pet-related messes is a definite plus, and I appreciate that it doesn't just mask odors but actually eliminates them. The spray application is convenient and allows for targeted treatment of problem areas.However, my experience with this stain remover has led me to give it 4 stars instead of 5. While it works well on fresh stains, I've found that it may require multiple applications to completely eliminate older and stubborn stains that have been there a while. Additionally, I would have appreciated more detailed instructions on the label, especially regarding the appropriate amount of product to use for different types of stains and surfaces.I recommend this for anyone looking for something to help with newer messes, not older.

I have a variety of dogs from puppies to elderly ans this works great for accidents

For after washing out litter boxes or scrubbing the kitty box area. I originally purchased this after my elderly cat accidentally urinated out of his soft carrier onto the car seat. I use several products to try to remove the urine smell and this was the only one that worked.

Not particularly effective.

I didn't want to think this product was so great because of the lower price point even though I have alot of odoban products. It is amazing! We have a new mini aussie puppy that had an accident on my bed and the mattress protector failed to do its job. I was horrified that it was on the mattress but I sprayed this and cleaned it with a cloth and there was no mess, smell or mark on the mattress! I still steam cleaned it because I knew she peed there but there was no trace of it after the spot dried from cleaning it with this product. I have also used it on a gold and chocolate area rug and there was no discoloration from the oxi. I bought 4 more bottles as it will be great for other spots too!

Works great on new stains or set-in old stains. It did take 3 applications for the set-in stains but each time it became lighter and lighter. And eventually disappeared. No damage to any of the materials or surfaces. I will buy this again and again.
