does this product put off an unpleasant odor/scent for anyone else??

I used it for the first time tonight. I did think the odor was a little unpleasant.(I do have a sensitive nose) I was worried that the smell would linger but about 5 minutes after I realized I couldn't smell a thing! So maybe at first, but when it dries it is odorless.

Is there something we can add to make it a bit more pleasant smelling --- like aromatic oils (lavander, lemon grass, etc.) ?

I liked the way it worked but smelled bad. Yes I would a generic fragrance nothing strong or too floral.
