Every reviewer made a big deal about the Pixel 4XL battery so I bought this.Problem solved. Over 2 days between charges! A little thinking goes a long way.

I have used this type of case previously but this time I had order 2 first one didnt work at all the 2nd one initially worked but then began to start and restart the back up battery when not prompted.the product is awesome but I am thinking these last 2 i ordered came from a defective batch or something. I never had a problem with case from previous orders over the last 5 years

Case feels great in the hands, not as big as I thought for a 10,000mah battery. Fast charges my phone whether it's plugged into the wall or charging from the case directly. the weight of the case doesn't feel heavy at all after using it for a little while.Awesome case! Had a hiccup with the case and they took care of me right away! Thank you!!

I have been using the backup battery pack since December 2. The only issue I have recent had is the charge port on the pack. I have to lean it on Àsomething to get the connection. I have recharged my phone using this pack 5 times and no issues. Fits perfectly on my pixel 4xl. Takes about 30% of battery back supply to charge my phone. This isn't something you run your phone on daily, it's for emergency charging. Look up how to maintain lithium phone batteries it will help.

Works without issues. Battery case does charge as expected if active of the phone. It drained pretty fast. I returned mostly because this is very bulky and heavy for a phone that only weighs 2.5 onces. It adds an about 3/4ths of an inch to the back of your phone.

This is the 2nd case I've gone through in 2 and a half months. Got the 5000 mAh one first and that one quit charging after a month. This one, the 10000 mAh one, lasted a month and a half until the case needs to be at a certain angle while charging it or it doesn't charge and now it charges my phone for a minute then quits. Love it when they work, but they never last long

This charger case is perfect! The 4xl has terrible battery life and this fixes that. I am actually impressed with the weight of the case. Its heavy, but it doesnt feel cheap or bulky in your hands.

I'm changing my review to a one-star, not only does this battery not charge nearly as many times as it should, I've only had it a couple months and it's already broken, there's no scuffs or scratch marks on it it just stopped working, not worth the hassle just buy from someone else
