Amazing! Tried multiple brands. Finally found this. Very comfortable

I ordered these flanges upon the recommendation of a lactation consultant when I was struggling to get my letdown to respond to a particular type of new pump (BabyBuddha). I also have elastic nipples that get completed sucked in too far to most flange types. They were textbook perfect fit on me (I was certain of the size and had been fitted/measured before ordering) and worked extraordinarily well for me for many months in my pumping journey. I used them every day, several times a day for months and they never failed me. I'm weaned now, but I will likely buy more sets with future children. One thing to note: the large surface area makes it challenging to fit inside certain types of nursing bras with smaller openings--account for this accordingly to prevent tears...you may need to buy a different type of bra.

Really love the quality and affordability for this product. They are SUPER comfortable. I have bitties that point south and they hold on really well with the silicone doesn’t pinch or rub. The tunnel is great as I have elastic tissue. I’m overall very satisfied. I have 3 sets!

Decided on the pano series due to the angle of the flange as a very busty mom (H/I-cup) and I wish I had done it sooner. After measuring myself I knew I need to invest and these have helped tremendously. I have a letdown quickly with these and my sessions are so much more pleasant now. The box also includes a measuring tool you can cut out which is very helpful if you're still unsure of your size.

Before I found these, I mostly wanted to give up pumping. I have incredibly large broad breasts with semi-flat and highly elastic nipples. These are comfortable and fit properly. Edit to day that everything below size 19 is different. The inner parts are smaller so the outer parts still fit the connectors. However, they tunnel down, so it's so tight at the tip of the nipple, and they do r run the full length. So, milk splashes back up in the gap and once the nipples are stretched, they are longer than the inner part - which totally defeats the purpose of the longer tunnels.

I love these flanges because as a larger busted woman they support me enough and I don’t feel like I’m being dug in and pinched. I have a couple complaints about them. One is the outside pink softer plastic material gets warped very easily so you have to boil it every 2 to 3 days. It just flattened out too much and I start to leak everywhere. You’ll have to make sure that you get the connector or adapter part to it so it connects to the wide mouth bottles, but the ending of this is a 24 mm end so it’ll fit into one of those standard connectors and then the tubing itself is only 12 mm which is very nice and with a good pumping spray I get no friction and it’s very comfortable that sometimes I even forget that I’m pumping.

I use this on my Lansinoh manual pump while my baby nurses on the other side during night feeds to relieve engorgement. They also fit on the electric double breast pump. The quality is amazing! I have Medela brand flanges as well and they have sharp edges (so when I massage during pump sessions to get the milk out more efficiently, they are uncomfortable on my breasts); these Maymom flanges have smooth edges so I much prefer these! I love all of the side options offered from this brand as the 1 or 2 sizes most brands offer is for a lot of women not enough.

Ordered to use with my rented Medela Symphony as the description states it is compatible. It is not. The tubing doesn’t fit the adapter so ultimately this is a complete waste of money. Cannot contact seller or request refund. Don’t waste your time or money.
