Great Quality for making Golden Paste!
I have been using this to make golden paste for a year now. The quality is superior with a strong smell of freshness and a clear bright color. Because it is raw, it requires longer cooking time to create the paste but well worth the effort. The weight of 2.2 LBS is large and price is a bargain, too!
