Works well, Good value for money
My sweet husband bought and my wonderful son installed this for me as a gift. Different from European and S. American bidets, but so far I find it gets the job done, easy to use, and comfortable seat. Great value for the money/relative ease of install. Cold water is not a problem for me, even during our winter. (Important: NEVER turn this on if you aren't sitting on seat or have lid down).

Fantastic purchase.
Hands down best purchase ever. Not just the fact that using the bidet is so much better for cleanliness, but this seat was an awesome price, offers a lot of features you'd find on more expensive units, and the seat is far better quality than what came with the toilet. New toilet had a slow close seat and lid but it was kinda thin; but the seat and lid on the Brondell Swash is so thick and solid, it feels heavy duty! Way better than the toilet manufacturer's flimsy seat. Fit perfectly on a new American Standard round bowl. Installation was so easy; no tools needed (except to unscrew the existing water line connection at the wall). One hint: When installing the hot water line, you need to "back twist" the clear tubing line to screw it on to the unit. The compression fittings don't rotate so when you are trying to screw on to the attachment point, the line will undo what you just twisted on. Twist it a few turns before the final attachment. Came with teflon tape but it wasn't needed - no leaks.

Great for the price, room for improvement
THE GOOD: It feels like high quality and works great, especially for the price! Quick and easy to install. THE BAD: The Brondell elongated bidet seat has a smaller opening than the OEM seat, leaving noticeably less room for males. The Brondell opening is 10 ⅞”. The OEM opening is 12 ⅛” so 1.25” smaller than the OEM opening. The Brondell also has an awkward slope/rise towards the back, so you are sitting on a sloped seat which is kind of awkward and uncomfortable. Measuring the seat pads it's 1.25” in the rear and 7/8" in the front, so there is a 3/8" rise in the rear. Lastly, I have the seat adjusted all the way forward, and even then the seat is about 5/8” shorter than the bowl's edge, so I feel like they could have made the seat larger. CONCLUSION: For the price I like it. Quality feels good. I just wish it was longer and flatter, but I guess the toilet isn't a hangout spot. I gave it 4/5 stars because there's room for improvement.

Beautiful and Works very well.
I received this bidet in August 2025. I am gratefull for all the improvement on the way that bidets have gone through evolving into this one that looks good and does what it is supposed to do. The previous ones I owned were a more inexpensive product by a different manufacturer, did a very good job but didnt last very long. I hesitated to buy this one because I own another Bidet Toilet seat by a different manufacturerand it is as good looking as Brondell, but the water pressure is too low. This one looks beautiful, and works even better. Very good water pressure. A bit inrtusive sometimes, and in some cases a welcome feature because, it can be used to midly induce #2. I grew up using bidets in a different part of the planet where bidets are the norm as personal higiene. After #1, blotting with tissue paper is a very incomplete cleaning job. Not to mention after #2 absolutely uncivilized! I like this Brondell Bidet Toilet seat. To be perfect, it could be a bit sturdier. Is a good vaue for the money. It was installed by a handyman so, no comment in that department. I would recommend it to a friend.

Clean Tush at a Reasonable Price
I'll admit....I bought this at my wife's urging. I was skeptical about bidets. After all, whether using toilet paper or a Montgomery Ward catalogue, you're just, well, cleaning your behind. I found the installation very easy....if you've ever replaced a valve in a toilet, this is a walk in the park. The package included teflon tape and a wire-reinforced supply hose. The T is metal, not plastic. After 30 minutes (I'm slow...), the bidet seat was ready to test and.....I'm a convert. There are essentially two settings, front and back. As you move the valve from one to the other, there is a gentle spray, I'm guessing to clean a wider area. Almost always use the back spray, and you can adjust the pressure to suit your preference. While I thought the lack of temperature modification (read: cold water!) would be off-putting, I'm surprised to discover that it doesn't bother me (or my wife) at all. There is no blast of air to dry (like on some upscale models) so some toilet paper is required but nowhere near the amount previously used. If you're not sure whether you'd like a bidet, this is an economical way to find out.

I’ve been using Bidets for a long while. I purchase my Brondell Bidet a year and half ago (Dec 22’) as a back up. My Japanese brand still works fine but the supply line at the joint had issues after many years. Took out the Brondell and replaced it. Here in Singapore we follow the British std so when I receive my Brondell bidet I got myself familiarise with the American system and went hunting for adapters/accessories to our local sanitary suppliers to look for hardware that can incorporate with the American std and when I had to replace my existing bidet to the Brondell yesterday (20 June 24’) I faced no issues. Probably will order another one as back up again. 👍🏼

Este aparato es una maravilla, todos los wc lo deberían traer por defaul, se ahorra mucho en papel higiénico, el papel solo se utiliza para secarse, y para las damas, es extraordinario...... Haaa y trae todo y es muy fácil de instalar.

Installation required me to buy a few adapters because I have an in-wall tank. But nearby, it was simple to connect lines to my vanity with cold/hot water supply. Soft close lid is great. Works well! Love it!

The product is good, but made for US market. The T pipe is 7/8,7/8,3/8 size and in the UAE you would need a 1/2,1/1,3/8. The manufacturer was contacted however no support was provided as they claimed they do not have adapters. Ended up spending a lot buying adapters from the US.
