Very happy with the phone. Works well with Mint Mobile (T-Mobile Network)
I have bought Ulefone phones in the past (Model Be X), and so I know that they can make a real good phone for the budget contentious. So I needed a phone that can really take a tumble So I bought this model. For the price I am loving it.Pros:The build quality is solid, and It's mot too heavy nor to light. Even with the 720p resolution the dot pitch on the phone is excellent so the image does not look pixelated, Screen is very responsive, and the color is vivid with good black levels to boot. It is very water proof as far as getting it wet however I have not thrown it into a pool to check it's "underwater features" yet. Bluetooth, NFC, and Wi-Fi features work as they should. Also no metal Key was required to takeout the SIM Card/Micro SD Tray, but you will need some fingernials to do so. The waterproof plugs are tight so even tough it may be a pain to open at first it means it's going to stay waterproof. Battery life is very good. NO BLOATWARE! I was able plug in a 3.5 headphone jack (with a large base) with ease. Video playback is smooth, and audio is great. The built speaker is nice & loud.Cons:The plugs are very tight even with nails they can be a chore to open for some this maybe a issue, but once you open them up a couple of times it will get a bit easier to open. Android 9 sucks, but that is not Ulephone's fault that all on Google. The GPU is a tad weak so it's okay for most games on Google Play, but some intense 3D games (ex. PUBG Mobile) may struggle a bit on high settings. None of these cons deserve a point loss in the rating.Overall for the price I paid I am getting my moneys worth out of this phone. The pictures I took was from a webcam to they don't do justice on showing the build & screen quality. I've included the Antutu Score as well.

Pretty decent so far
I've had this phone for a few weeks now and so far I am pleased with it. With moderate use the battery has lasted about 3 days without a charge. When I do charge it, it charges within a few hours. The only drawback so far was with the packaging. It came with a extra screen protector, but no directions on how to use it. The phone has one on it already, so I don't know if I'm supposed to double them up or not. Other than that, I'm really liking it.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! Door stopper after 5 months.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought this on February 7, 202 and today, July 5, 2020, the phone is technically useless. My family has 5 lines in one account and all of them doesn't have any problem receiving call but I do. I've gone through several tech support from my carrier until we determined that its my phone that has issue. I received text messages a day after it was sent to me. The flashlight come on by itself. The camera app will open 2 minutes after you open them that if you're lucky because most of the time it won't and gives you an error message that says " Can't connect to the app". Apps won't open right away and crashes most of the time. I called Amazon about the problem and they said to get in touch with the manufacturer so I called and went straight to voicemail. When you take picture with this junk, it has a big "ULEFONE SHOT ON ARMOR X5" writing on the bottom of the screen so you have to edit and crop your picture before you post it or send it someone. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY ULEFONE!

Awesome phone
I had a Motorola s5 before I got this armor x5 phone. I never had good service my phone would turn off for no reason. Sense I got my new phone armor x5 I have perfect service. I love the color and design. It has awesome features. Great battery life and very unbreakable. I love it. Wish I would have found the rugged phones sooner.

Armor 5X Pro = Built Tough
Purchased to replace my older Samsung J7. Truly impressed with this phone. Price point was within budget. So much more cost effective then purchasing a new phone from the cell phone provider. Functions perfectly using my T-Mobile SIM card. Love the flexibility of this unlocked cell allowing the deletion of those annoying pre-installed apps you typically don't want and can't get ride of. Battery life is similar to my old I-Phone. I followed the charging instructions of letting the phone discharge to 30% and charging to 100% three times and this phone goes all day. I'm an independent contractor and I beat phones up. I've dropped this phone a few times already, accidentally placed my 70lb torch rig on top of it and it's taken it like a champ...not even a scratch. It does take some time to get acclimated to the phone's functions, but the software moves fast any is very user friendly. All in all I'm a happy customer. Now that I know how well built this Ulefone brand is and had I had the funds, I would have gone with the Ulefone Armor X3 for the extra battery life and extreme versatility I'm finding with my Armor 5X Pro. If you're in the market for a new phone I highly recommend Ulefone brand be your next purchase.

The phone is durable, handsome and has a nice weight.
Absolutely, pleased with the phone! In fact, I ordered another one. I did my home work to ensure that my Canadian provider supported multiple frequency bandwidths that this phone supports. I searched this online or you could call your provider. Now, when inserting my SIMs I didn't retain the same visual formats as my Samsung Note which should be expected. Instead, it loaded everything from my Google Account: A a more simplistic GUI. The apps installed and everything is okie/dokie. The phone is durable, handsome and has a nice weight. I enlarged the visual size, so it's easy to see. Bonus: We can easily find our phones with the colour striping Orange & Red. I hope they can later offer this in 5G version.
