UPDATE: Customer Service reached out just a few hours after my review. They reimbursed my purchase, sent me a new squishy ball plus an extra pop puzzle, for free. I am upgrading my review from 1 to 5 stars because of their diligence and reactivity.Great at first, when it arrived. Nice colors, great texture, perfect size. 3 days later, several patches of color were missing, which I was ready to overlook. 2 more days and the seal broke open, making it impossible to use. I read the directions when I first opened it and was careful to just squish it in ways that would not compromise it. I squished it for about 2-3 hours a day, for 5 days. Not durable at all. Really disappointed.

Looks great but didn’t last but a week… Update!!! My daughter was so excited to get this item and it broke. She loved it so much I decided to reorder and try it agin in hopes that this one would hold up better and it has! The ball has held up well. In the mean time, customer service kept reaching out to me to make sure we were happy with our purchase and had no further issues. They even resent us another with an additional toy! The stress ball is cute, fun, and is played with often. I would definitely recommend and will make future purchases. So impressed with customer care!!! They genuinely wanted my feedback and care about their product!

I've had three of these things, two "giant" (they are not giant) and one small. All three have burst or leaked out of nowhere. The small one leaked blue goo all over me from multiple places about 5 minutes after I got it. I hadn't been tough with it, it literally came with holes in it already. The first giant one exploded while I was squishing it lightly, and the second one (a gift) leaked all over my coffee table, ruining several things. I played with it maybe twice ever. It mostly just sat on the table to be used during therapy, but I always forgot about it and only touched it when cleaning. A week ago, I noticed it looking like it had stretch marks, without ever having been stretched. Today, I picked it up while cleaning, and some clear goo came pouring out all over the table, some special vintage family photos I had been sorting for a memorial, my laptop, my shirt, and my rug. I don't know what it is but I couldn't get it out of the rug and it's still sticky, the pictures destroyed, my shirt is stained, the laptop is toast, and I had to wash my hands a bunch of times to get it all off. Luckily, my laptop was backed up, but I can't afford a new one. These stupid things are awful rotten trash. They are fun to play with when you are stimming or stressed, but not worth the wild amount of damage that they can do. I never handled any of them roughly out of fear of them breaking, and they broke anyway. Just pure junk. Don't do this to yourself. Don't throw your money and whatever they might destroy in the trash. Don't do it!!Edited to add: Customer service is very kind. They reached out and wanted to refund me for all 3, + send me another one of their sensory toys for free. I didn't accept because, the fact of the matter is, as fun as they are, these things leak and explode frequently. They made sure to mention this review, including a link to it (as if I don't know where it is 😆) in nearly every message, and even pointed out that the link to my review was right there, in the last message of our correspondence. You know. Just in case I wanted to access it for some reason. That's funny and transparently manipulative. That they gave me a refund and offered me a freebie doesn't change what happened. They did the right thing with their offers, it is what they are supposed to do, but the review is still the same. Don't buy these things.

Great color, size, and texture; however, it lacks the durability. Our daughter asked for this for her 8th birthday and within 24 hours it developed a small leak.Update: Amazing customer service!!

This toy was fun to play with. Sadly it only lasted a couple months. There was a seam where it was filled, and despite telling her not to, our little rebel picked at it until there was quite a gooey mess everywhere. I'm sure if you could resist picking at the seam it would last a long time.

I initially wasn’t in love with it. I had noticed after a day or so of my son playing with it that certain places on the ball seemed thin and sure enough, within a couple of days, the ball popped.I contacted the company about a replacement and they were so courteous and quick to help!They quickly offered to send a replacement or refund me. I opted for the replacement since my son was devastated that Rainbow (what he had named it) was broke. They updated me every step of the way in getting the replacement. From when they put in the new order, to when it shipped, and even wrote me saying they saw it had been delivered and wanted to check in and make sure we got it. The ball even came in quicker than they said it would. The customer service was top notch.A quick check and this one seem to be a bit sturdier. If that changes I’ll update!

Not very durable if my son broke it by squishing it normally in less than 2 days of playing with it.

I have a little one on the spectrum and this toy is so great! My kid loves it. Definitely a must buy!

Substandard manufacture of product

Muy entretenida y se siente resistente. El único detalle es que se sienten huevos dentro de la bola. No le vendría mal un poco más de relleno

It easily exploded when my ten year old stretched it around. The orange paint splattered all over and such a pain to clean up.

broken within 2 weeks, for the price it cost i was expecting it to last a little longer.(broken at the plug) orange stained couch :(
