Essential supplement. I have been taking Zn-syme for over 15 years twice a day. Rarely if ever get sick.

Great immune support and easy on the stomach!
I got sick and took these zinc pills and have really noticed a difference, especially during cold and flu season. What I really appreciate is that these tablets don’t upset my stomach, which has been a problem with other zinc supplements I’ve tried in the past. They’re a good size—not too big—and easy to swallow. I also like that there's no weird aftertaste. The bottle is well-sealed and comes with clear dosage instructions. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, very happy with this purchase and will definitely reorder!
