Love it! Gluten free delicious!
This is our go to pizza crust! It's a little pricey, but when you have to eat gluten free, it's nice to have these options, and pizza at home is great!

GR free GF pizza crust Yummy
Tastes like a yummy pizza crust, just the right amount of crisp and a tiny bit of dough softness. SO happy to enjoy a pizza again that is Grain Free and Gluten free and NO weird-o chemicals! Yay! Keep it going Simple Mills!!

It goes together easy, BUT it is gritty and heavy
Looking for an alt because my favorite frozen crust is out at one store, and the other stopped carrying it. This is one of three new options I tried. It has the advantage that it does not require refrigeration, although with almond flour, it might go rancid over time. I estimate it took about 20 minutes longer than the from frozen version I usually make so not too much longer than usual. (I have other recipes, but there are days when I just don't want to spend all day making pizza crust) I made one 11-12 inch round out of it following the directions which included oiling my baking sheet. It is dense. Flavor is OK, texture is grainy. It isn't crumbly even though it sort of looks that way, and it held up under my toppings. Beyond that it is much more filling than my usual crust, which I expect is because of the Almond flour-it may be too rich.I may try to roll it a lot thinner with my other box and maybe try to make 2 pizzas, but of course it may not hold up so well to toppings so we will see. It will do in a pinch, but I prefer the crust I have been using for years (sigh).

Vegan keto ftw!!!
This is the best vegan keto cauliflower crust I’ve ever had! I’ve been vegan for 5 years and recently have been doing low carb and I was worried I would be living off of tofu and avocados but then I found this god send! I made the whole box of dough and then divided it into two medium sided pizzas. I only ended up eating half of the medium pizza with the other half saved for leftovers and the other half of the dough in the fridge (so ate 1/4 of the dough) I rolled the dough out pretty thin so it could get nice and crispy. It was tricky at first because I can’t use flour like you would to kneed regular pizza dough. But a little olive oil helps and it kneeled very quickly. I pre baked the dough without toppings for 15 mins then baked again for another 15 mins with the toppings. I would say you can definitely taste the cauliflower which I don’t mind but it isn’t grainy or has the texture of cauliflower at all! It tasted just like thin crust pizza but obvious you don’t have to roll it out as much as I did if you want a thicker dough. I’m obsessed and it’s so affordable for the amount you get and actually filling. I’m gonna try to make bread with it next time. Vegan keto is not hard or boring at all! There’s so many options! For recipe: toppings I put were 1/2 cup of no added sugar 365 portabello tomato sauce, spinach, portabello mushrooms, a mix of daiya mozzarella cheese and follow your heat Parmesan cheese, and beyond vegan bratwurst sausage (the BEST!)

Pretty good, not perfect.
We are having a snow storm with power outages expected. So what do we do on our snow-night in? Make a pizza from "scratch!" Had to be my favorite, pepperoni, black olives, and onion. Followed the directions and it came out pretty good. A little dry around the edges, a little mushy in the rest, and it's missing that classic chew of dough, but not bad. I can come up with uses for this (someone mentioned quiche crust and that would be perfect), but I would probably use a premade dough (Against the Grain has the best chew, but is very rich) like Caulipower (go-to) just for ease of use. But I will keep a box on hand for sure. I used the tray that came with my toaster oven, I think it's around 8"x12". Worth a try if you need grain-free.Edit: I just reheated (in the oven, not the microwave) the 3 leftover slices. I literally had to scoop it off the tray with a spoon. Total mush. Took it from not bad I'll try it again to a hard nope. Knocked it down a star. Sorry Simple Mills, this one fails.

Surprised
I’m supposed to be gluten free, but man, I’m not willing to miss out on pizza night. I make a mean homemade pizza crust. Amazing flavor, crunch. I’ve tried all sorts of recipes for gluten free. Almond flour, cauliflower, blah blah blah. Finally tried this mix tonight with a buffalo chicken recipe. OMG. Hits the spot. Barely miss the regular crust. This is a winner. Will order again. Super easy to use/make. Great flavor.

Not Simple Mills best
I usually love SM products but this was not good. The crust was dry and gummy. Skip this and try another GF pizza crust.
