Samsung 28 L Convection Microwave Oven (MC28H5013AK/TL, Dark Gray)

The product is good but I have issues with the handling of items by the amazon delivery agents. I saw the box was almost thrown on ground from the delivery van. Then it was dragged and rolled by the delivery person to bring in my apartment (all thanks to cctv). Also the microwave was in its standard packaging provided by the manufacturer, amazon didn't provide its additional layer of packaging which its normally does. Luckily the product was not damaged and was in good condition so I kept it. I would request the amazon officials to look into these kind of issues wherein the there is a risk of receiving a damaged product due to somme careless behavoiur of delivery agents. Apart from the delivery issues, the product is good. All the three modes i.e. Microwave, Convection ang Grill work fine. Although there is some scope of improvement for Grill mode but at this price point you can't expect too much.

A very good product at discounted price. Observations after 3-4 years of use: *There is some non-visible opening in the door, from where insects are going inside the door (between the two layers of doors) and it's become a problem to clean the insects out. * It should not be kept unused for days and initially when I was unaware of this issue I kept it idle for months and all of the sudden there was a problem (SE error) when I wanted to use it. (The following is just informative regarding customer service- when I called for getting the error resolved, the Samsung technician visited but told me that the entire panel is damaged and that it would take thousands of rupees if I want to get it replaced, also that he's ready to purchase it for 2-3 thousand rupees if I want to sell it away. The problem here is that the company technicians are supposed to resolve the issue using their skills but he tried to pull out a benefit for his own sake by saying that the oven became useless. INTERESTINGLY THE ISSUE GOT RESOLVED ON IT'S OWN WITHIN A FEW DAYS. The machine is working very well as of now with a good power source and is in perfect daily use for microwave heating of food). *Microwave is outstanding but convectional and grills modes are not upto their best performance.

The Ceramic cavity by far more most reliable and uniform cooking oven . Extremely easy to clean and the food cooks healthy . The functions are easy to use and the machine is extreme reliable . It has all the important features we were looking for in a microwave for daily use.Cooking area is spacious and convenient in its price range in comparison.Indian recipe of a wide range provided in a booklet covers almost all our household requirement with auto cook facility. Value for money and ease of operation are what we were looking for and our search ended happily with this!

I bought this in Great indian festival and the Product is good and fulfilled my expectations. The features are as promised and its pretty much good for family of 4-6 members. I am satisfied with the product and have most of the advanced options. It's value for money and blindly you can for for it. The product is delivered as promised with all the contents on time. Installation and demo was provided user-friendly. I am really impressed and overall a good worthwhile product !!

I got it in Amazon Prime sale. The delivery was as smooth as Amazons. The Samsung installation technician was lined up for next day of delivery, he came in and gave the demo, ofcourse for free. Coming to the product, its just superb. Ive baked cookies, tandoori, cakes and papad in it. Just perfection. The microwave option does its part every day as well. There are 2 different level steel grills with the oven, and the rotating disk inside. Ive seen complaints regarding some crusty bowl but neither was it promised to me nor did I get it in delivery so theres not duping of any sort. Its just a fantastic product from a reputed manufactured and sold by Samsung themselves, listed on a genuine site. Just go for it! I got some solid discount in sale + no cost EMI, cant refuse such a deal haha!

Everything's great... You get everything you want with respect to a microwave plus grill plus convection. The glass turntable that I recieved is wobbly and hence I have to keep everything in the centre

This is my 3rd Samsung Microwave . 1st purchased in 2001 , 2nd in 2010 and 3rd 2021 Feb . All Three Models have been Convection Ones .
