I Scoured amazon and reviews and tried to find the most affordable one that would work for me. I took a shot and ordered this chair.TDLR: You get what you pay for, this chair is amazing for the money. Yes there are nicer options but you are going to spend over 1.5k. Also with chairs like this height will always be an issue unless you get a custom one made. Would recommend buying just for the back/arm and leg massage features. Zero gravity setting almost had me asleep the first use.I got the three boxes in on day the delivery took 4 days which was fast to me. The chair was easy to assemble for me and came with instructions. The instructions were just pictures with some text so some might find them a bit harder to follow. I did see some people comment that the arm bolt holes don't line up. I would make sure that you get the arm into the bolt all the way then you have to keep a little forward pressure on the arm to allow them to easily be bolted down.Pros:-Back pressure was good for massage-Legg pressure is good-Foot massage you can push the foot holder down to center your calves which was nice-Heat is perfectCons:-I am 5'9" and as per reviews the shoulder massage does nothing. I am also wide at the shoulders and they just barely push on mine. TBH I don't see this working for anyone shorter than 6' and broad shoulders.-the shoulder back massage part hits my neck which is still nice for me but if you were any shorter it would start to hit your head which would be uncomfortable. I would say if you are 5'7" or shorter.

The chair is absolutely amazing! Simple to build if you’re not bad at building things up. However did have issues getting the left front bolt to tighten down so I couldn’t get the wall firmly on the side of the chair but the difference is minimal. Also there was an extra bolt where I was supposed to bolt down the right rear part of the right arm rest however there was no hole to screw it in. I was going to cut a hole and see if there were any threads (since that’s how the other holes were made by cutting or drilling straight through the material) but I just left it be the arms a little wobbly but once your set in the chair swallows you and the massagers are magnificent especially paired with the Bluetooth and heater for the back.

Very poor instructions on assembly. Only half the functions work. Requested a return, seller approved return but sent only 1 shipping label for 2 boxes. Called Amazon and got nowhere. Called again and was told they needed 7 days to figure out how to get the boxes returned. Still nothing, called again and was told to wait 2 more days and still nothing. Seems they are going to drag their feet past the return period.

It was fairly easy to assemble. Only 6 bolts to lock everything into place. Docked a point bc some metal came bent (easily fixed with a wrench) and one of the hole for the bolt to go in didn't match. Had to force it in. If I didn't have power tools to install, I'd be in trouble.If the chair reclined all the way back, I'd give it another star, but it doesn't, so the zero gravity function lacked a bit. The cushions are thin and materials feel a bit cheaply made. But with a soft blanket over it to add some needed cushion, it's not too bad. Although, that takes away from the massage pressure of course.Overall, the price isn't bad, so we're pretty satisfied with the purchase. Although, clearly, it needs some improvements on construction and quality.

The chair is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures but that was a plus for me. I honestly didn't want anything too big. It works well but for some reason the hip airbags don't inflate, and the shoulder airbags are so high that they are besides my ears. I'm 5ft 4, so pretty average, not sure why they are so high.. The Bluetooth speakers are a nice touch and they have good sound quality. Could be better but I guess for the price it's ok.

This chair has a few pressure settings per body part to accommodate personal tolerance levels and preset modes to adjust to many persona types.Delivery/Arrival/Assembly:- Delivery: Item was out of stock during purchase. Projected ship and delivery dates were on target.- Arrival: Package arrives in 3 boxes. Contents were free of defects. I read some posts prior to purchase about some metal parts being bent. Though I did not experience that, I can tell that the metal pieces susceptible to being bent can be bent back with minimal effort.Assembly: 6 pieces. 6 bolts. ~10 air hose connectors. I was able to assemble by myself in less than hour, from unboxing to relaxing in it.Post Purchase: Expectations understood, it's an amazing addition to our care routine, immediately/conveniently available, and a great escape from reality. I no longer mind those long "Listen Only" Zoom meetings!

Good value for the money. My family loves the chair. Only issue I find is the arms and bottom appear to be made of thin plastic which is sort of cheap and ours came with a crack in the bottom. This doesn’t affect the chair as it’s on the bottom but obviously I was not happy to have it delivered with a crack. I mentioned this to the seller but they did not respond. Additionally they never sent the free gifts they promised for posting this review! A massage gun and chair cover. I emailed them but no response as of yet.
