This was was an upgrade purchase for my daughter. We don't believe in buying $1,000+ phones for teenagers. Amazon's Refurbished was a welcomed gift! The phone comes well packaged and is in great shape. It works like new, as promised! But, it took us MANY HOURS to finally get this phone set-up and info transfered over. Here are some learned tips for set-up: First, fully charge the new phone and your old phone. If possible, leave them both plugged in during the process. We learned that your old phone needs to be at least 50% charged before it will even start the transfer process. Don't bother backing up your old phone to the iCloud beforehand. It's much faster to wait and do that with the new phone after all is said and done. Your first step, go into the new phone and in Settings, go into General, then update the software to the latest version. We had many issues with the process stalling and then we would finally get an error message? This wasted a lot of time! It's so much quicker to update that software first, though it will take awhile (not lying). Once the software on the new phone is updated, then start the transfer process with your old phone. It will take a while (maybe 30 minutes). Once the whole thing transfers, your new phone will work and everything on the screen will look like your old phone. Here's the one thing we did not think about, you will still need a new SIM card from your Carrier. They are free. Simply go to your Carrier's store and explain that you bought a used phone and they will give you one. After everything is all set-up, call your carrier with your old phone and they will talk you through the process of installing the new SIM into the new phone. They will even test it out with you online until it works. Amazon Refurbished is guarranteed and definitally cheaper than other sites. The phone arrives fast too! After all is said and done, wipe the old phone to factory settings and remove the SIM card. Then you are all set! Newer phone at a cheaper price, it's guarranteed, and my daughter is totally happy with it!

I never reviewed this item even though i got it almost 4 years ago. This phone is still working i recently uograded but this refurbished iphone came so good. Its still in great condition and isnt laggy. Its very durable and i believe it can do another couple of years.

I’m so happy with my iPhone 11 Pro. The Midnight Green color is even more beautiful in person, and it feels premium in my hand. The phone is super fast, apps open instantly, and switching between them is seamless. The camera is amazing. I’ve taken some of the clearest, most vibrant photos and videos, even in low light. Battery life lasts all day for me, even with heavy use, and Face ID works perfectly every time. This phone makes everyday tasks easier and even a little fun. If you’re considering it, I would say go for it. It’s definitely worth the investment.

My daughter’s phone died, and it was critical that we replace it because she’s at an age where she ventures out on her own more and more. Having location and the ability for her to call if she needs help was a must. Someone recommended an Amazon renewed iPhone, which was fantastic as our budget didn’t allow for a new phone. We got the phone and it looked great, seemed to work fine. Except it would not connect to cellular. After a week and a half of going round and round with our phone carrier, we finally figured out the phone was not fully unlocked as the listing had set. We initiated a return and were told we would be refunded when the phone was received and checked. I was initially told by the Amazon CSR I spoke to that as a courtesy, they would issue the refund as soon as the item showed it was picked up by UPS. After waiting a few days and no sign of refund, I called again. I was told by this CSR that I was given incorrect info, Amazons policy was to issue the refund when it’s received and checked. OK. So I wait again. I was told that once the phone was received, it could be up to 30 business days for it to be checked and refunded—but it rarely takes that long. I was given the date it was received. More waiting, then a full 30 business days after it had been received I called again to check on refund. It had not been initiated, but that CSR was initiating it. It literally took a full month and a half from the time Amazon received it (not from the time UPS picked it up—from the time Amazon actually received it back at their facility) for my refund to post. And the reason it was being returned was because it was misrepresented in the listing (not being fully unlocked), not because we changed our mind or anything frivolous. That did not matter and there was no courtesy or concession for what was their mistake in the first place. If you do get anything Amazon renewed, beware. If it works (like the 2nd phone we ordered did), it’s great and a wonderful option if you can’t afford fully new. But if there’s a problem you will get the run around, delays and misinformation from Amazon’s CSRs. They claim to stand behind all renewed products, but they will absolutely drag their feet and claim “it’s our policy” while you’re left waiting endlessly. So when it comes to Amazon renewed, don’t be blinded by the great prices and guarantees…it’s definitely “buyer beware”!

I just received my iPhone 11 pro and here is my thoughts. First the good. Battery health is at 94%. Even though it’s not a certified Apple battery, it works very well and I get 5-8 hours of battery life. I am currently running IOS 26 public beta 5. And it works way better than I was expecting. The camera quality is outstanding and records in 4K 60 fps and looks professional. The brightness is amazing and is great for the outdoors. The price of the phone is super affordable and is great for a first cell phone. Overall this phone is super Now for the cons. I received my phone with a very deep scratch on the screen. The phones condition i would think would be good condition instead of excellent condition. The speaker had a lot of dirt in it. I did manage to clean it out and it’s very high quality. Final thoughts: If you are looking for a budget friendly phone that has a good camera, good battery life. And looks super cool. This phone is for you. Just be aware that you might receive it with some very minor imperfections.

To start, this is one of the best phone I have used! Even though it was a refurbished phone. The quality was 100%. Not a single scratch/dent/marks nor anything. Truly brand new quality. So, I was very impressed when I received the product. The box didn't have the Apple branded cable and cube charger but I am totally ok with that. The metal body gives it a really premium feel on touch, as it is Gorilla Glass back and front with stainless steel frame. The phone is IP68 dust/water resistant but I never try to test it. The display is an Super Retina XDR OLED, HDR10, Dolby Vision with 800 nits (typ), 1200 nits (peak). With such high quality I am still not used to this small 5.8 inches screen. Even though it has 458 ppi density. The Apple A13 Bionic chip makes everything so lightning fast, multi-tasking is a breeze. The 3 front cameras are as follow: 12 MP, f/1.8, 26mm (wide), 1/2.55", 1.4µm, dual pixel PDAF, OIS 12 MP, f/2.0, 52mm (telephoto), 1/3.4", 1.0µm, PDAF, OIS, 2x optical zoom 12 MP, f/2.4, 120˚, 13mm (ultrawide), 1/3.6" Everything makes it look so nice, bright. It is true what they said. iPhone makes taking a nice picture a breeze. It makes sure you can take a quality picture everything you press the button. Without adjusting anything. Just click and that's it. Same with the selfie camera in its quality. Just superb quality! Stereo speakers is really ggood as well. The Li-Ion 3046 mAh battery will last for 2-3 days based on my daily use. Really like the phone, good quality. But definitely over-priced compare to other phones out there in now 2021 market.

Es la primera vez que compro un equipo reacondicionado y la verdad es que me sorprendió. En primer lugar, me gustaría recalcar su estética exterior, el equipo no tenía ni un sólo rasguño, rayadura o golpe; se sintió como si estuviéramos abriendo un teléfono totalmente nuevo. Traía un 85% de vida útil en su batería, algo que está bastante bien, sin embargo, esperaba un poco más de ello. Lo que más me gustó es que no trae ninguna pieza reemplazada o removida. Y hasta el momento, no presenta ninguna falla a nivel operativo, ya tengo casi 2 meses con él y sin lugar a duda lo recomiendo muchísimo. Denle una oportunidad a un equipo reacondicionado, te puedes llevar una sorpresa por un precio bastante bueno. Te lo recomiendo si es tu primer teléfono de esta marca y lo que quieres es quitarte la espinita de tener iPhone.
