This works for polycystic ovaries. I will be 40 next month and I have entered the realm of sputtering polycystic ovaries. I have almost 2 year old fraternal twins so I am ovulating two at a time. I have polycystic ovaries confirmed via ultrasound. I usually never ovulate anymore before CD 20 and it's usually CD 21 or 26. I got a positive OPK today on CD 13 and all my other signs are there also. I expect to see a temp rise tomorrow. I have been taking this in conjunction with Ovaboost so that combined with this makes a total 4000mg of myo-inositol each day. I take this supplement in the morning with my vitamins and the Ovaboost at night because of the melatonin it contains. The awesome part is that it has only been 3 weeks. I started several days before my period began and I think I had an ovarian cyst too. I also can't sleep past about 6am anymore. I have quite a lot of energy. I still have diffuse abdominal discomfort but seeing as how I am likely about to ovulate that is not new for me but I don't feel like I need pain reliever which IS new. I would normally only have a 28 day cycle or ovulate this early on Metformin. Someone referred to the myo inositol in a review as a "colon buster" which makes me laugh but honestly I had maybe 2 days of loose bowel and it was not diarrhea by any means. If you've taken Metformin you understand that this is important. I think I was a little gassy for a few days too. Metformin makes me miserable except for the BFP that always seems to follow when I take it. I just want to encourage anyone who is thinking of trying this to ovulate earlier or just to ovulate period to try it out. I really think that this could be awesome for anyone with polycystic ovaries due to insulin resistance. That is my main problem and this is doing amazing things for me. I have not changed my diet at all. I have not been as hungry though I will say. Try this for at least a month or more. Once you are pregnant and constipated you will not care that you had a few days of loose bm's.

I didn't want to write this review until I'd used it for 3 months. So, I have PCOS, VERY irregular periods, and don't ovulate regularly. I started taking Myo-Inositol in Feb, and just finished the last dose 1 week ago. I had been bleeding constantly since Thanksgiving with few breaks in between. I cannot say for sure if this did the trick, but my "period" ended May 8th after MONTHS of endless bleeding & "spotting". I showed them to my ObGYN & she did not have an issue w/ them at all, so I continued taking them. During this time, I was having blood work done to diagnose the cause of my multiple miscarriages. I'd been taking the Myo-Inositol for 2 months at this point along with Fertilaid by Fairhaven Health as well. Along with the blood work, I also had an ultrasound to check for cysts because of my history w/ PCOS. Well, my blood work came back ALL normal with the exception of progesterone. The kicker: my ultrasound came back TOTALLY CLEAR - no cysts, follicles, or anything coinciding w/ PCOS. In the past, I've had up to 4 o5 5 cysts and follicles galore show up on the ultrasound. NOTHING. They sent it to the lab, and I had my follow-up appointment and the DR told me that the results were clear. She referred me to a hematologist and the endocrinologist for Lupus Anticoagulant & elevated fasting insulin. That's ALL the results showed. All other levels that'd been off whack in the past were under control. Another thing I noticed it that I actually had egg white CM and am now on a "normal period". I will retake these once I finish w/ this 1st round of metformin & clomid. Ladies, try it. It cuts bloating by half, and you just feel better overall. It's not a miracle cure, but it can't hurt. No BFP yet, but we're hopeful.

Update: I posted my first review about 4 months ago. I just wanted to update and say how pleased I still am with this product. I have have ovulated every month since starting this product. That is amazing! Still definitely recommend this product! I don't write review often but I am very impressed with this product. I started to take this product because we have been trying for baby #2 for 8 months with no luck. While I do sometimes ovulate on my own, I have pcos and very irregular periods and will go as long as 4 months with out ovulating or a period. After just 2 weeks of taking the suggested daily dosage, I ovulated. I feel 100% certain it is because of of the myo-inositol. While i am disappointed to say I did not concieve this cycle, I am very excited that with myo-inositol I believe I will be getting more chances to try! I also must say I have felt more energetic and just overall healthier than I have in years. That in itself is huge. It more successfully brought on ovulation for me and i had no negative side effects like I have on fertility meds. I'm not promising this will work for everyone, but it definitely is worth trying. I really thought it would not make one bit of difference for me, but boy was I wrong!

اعجبني لكن اللي لاحظتك الجرعه كبيره علي جهه يكون تكيس وجهه لا الافضل استخدام انستول البرتقالي والاغلب يأخر الدورة الشهريه لان يسبب كيس صرت اخذ نصفه او ربعه لان الجرعه قويه ٢٠٠٠ ويمكن ارجع للبرتقالي جرعه ٥٠٠
