would this fit on an adults head?

I have this in white and it fits me fine (33 years old, but I am on the petite side around 5'2"). Got it for a Halloween costume so I don't wear it often, but it fits well.

Would this be good for a 4 hour plane ride?

Personally, I like to wear nothing in my hair on the plane in order to be super comfy. However, it is a comfortable headband. I think 4 hours on a plane would be fine if not ideal.
