EZ Moves PowerMaxx Furniture Lifter - Easily Lift Heavy Furniture, Appliances, Cabinets, and More

I was installing tongue n groove flooring in a small galley kitchen. I needed to move a 900lb, double sided kitchen aid fridge, lay the floor then slide back. Pull out a large lg gas stove, lay floor and put back, then complete the floor. When I first recieved this, my initial thought was, no way in hell this will work, but much to my surprise, it performed flawlessly and exceeded my expectations!! If it were not for this tool, there is no way I could have put in a new kitchen floor. I couldnt even scoot the massive fridge even with all my weight against it. I lifted each corner, slid a furniture mover under and wa-lah,! Easily maneuvered! This bar can handle lifting even the heaviest loads! I cannot lift/move heavy furniture because of my age and back issues, but with this, I turned into wonder woman with a superpower to lift the heaviest loads! Haha! I can easily lift and slide a mover pad under the corner. I'm so thankful for this little workhorse!! Now, I don't have to wait for help to move things.

Best tool ever for one-person lifting of heavy furniture and super-easy to use! I was amazed at how well it worked since it's such a light tool. Great value for the price.

I would have given this item a "5" but we haven't actually used it yet though we did try it out upon receiving. The lifter appears to be well made and sturdy. Like that the handle is longer than with others as it should give more leverage to lift the furniture, plus you don't need to be down on your hands and knees. Hope to get a lot of use out of the lifter when we do some remodeling and heavy cleaning.

Item arrived quickly, intact and as described. This is gonna be useful lifting furniture to clean under or move.

UPDATE: I've used this thing for a couple of years now, during a couple of remodeling projects, and I realize I haven't done this product justice in my review. Over the years since I bought it, I have used it to lift very heavy pieces of furniture (oak file cabinet filled with folders, antique armoire filled with stuff) in order to slide silicone moving pads underneath the corners. After that, it's easy to move just about anything, no matter how heavy. But those pieces of furniture weigh a couple of hundred pounds, easily. This furniture lifter is more than a match for them. I'm pretty sure I will never need another furniture lifter, as this one is the one to have. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Boy this thing works great! I used it for the first time today lifting an oak chest off the floor so I could put it on risers in order to stain its new feet. Worked like a champ and required very little effort. A big improvement over the old one that I eventually broke. Hopefully I won't do that with the new one. The chest probably weighs at least 75 lbs. I'll update this review after I try it out on something bigger and heavier.

I’m a small person who is barely 100 lbs. This tool is very easy to use, you just stick it under furniture and press down to lift. It feels pretty heavy duty. With this tool and some furniture sliders, I was able to move a very heavy king size bed with drawers all by myself. I also moved a heavily loaded vanity. One obstacle you might encounter might be if the furniture is too tall and the gap between the floor and the furniture is too wide. I’m not sure what the usable gap range is, but my bed had about a 3” gap between the floor and the very bottom but I just had to press the tool handle from lower (just because when you make contact with the bottom of the furniture with the hooking part of the tool, you would have to lower the handle part more if the furniture is higher.) Overall, it seems very well made and I am happy about the purchase. Highly recommend - if I can use it, many others can too.

Works well on furniture that sets low to the ground. If it is far off the ground, forget it. Still a good buy. Well made, fast shipping!

I was looking for a simple way to lift furniture for moving. I looked at several options on the amazon site and settled on this product. It is a simple lever with an adjustable fulcrum, that lifts furniture very easily. It is very well made and strong. It has an removable plastic nose over the steel tip that protects wood furniture. It can be removed to get under furniture that is flush to the floor. The shape lets it get into tight corners. The tool is used to place furniture glides under the corners. It is important to note this product does not include these, so if you do not have, an extra purchase. I just finished using this to move heavy home office furniture, it easily lifted the corner of a 400 pound wooden file cabinet. As it is a lever, it does not take a lot of effort to lift. So this is a big plus. This made my job easy and my back does not hurt! Very satisfied and highly recommended
