Good product. It was recommended by my nurse practitioner. I've been taking this for several months and it may have been the reason my cholesterol went down a little. Pills in the bottle have a unique smell but they have no taste.

I like these pills alot

I like the dosage and the ratio of EPA-DHA in these supplements and Jarrow is a trusted brand. When you open the pill bottle there is a pleasant smell unlike a lot of other brands and the taste is good. Fish oil is always in my supplement mix and essential if you don’t eat a lot of fatty fish or you eat a lot of Omega 6’s and these are my new go to fish oil brand!

I love these supplements, and I am willing to pay the price! It keeps my skin hydrated and healthy especially in the winter! I started out taking them because my Optometrist recommended them and it really helped my vision.

These gel caps filled with oily liquid have a nice bland taste. They are so bland that I chew on them, swallow the liquid, and throw away the capsules so I don't have to worry about digesting the capsules. I take two every day and they agree with me quite well. I also like the balance of the EPA and the DHA.
