This is my third time buying this product from here. I very much value this product. I have a dog, a cat, and 3 children. All of which are potty trained (yes including the children!) But sometimes, accidents happen. And like most people, I don't have the money nor the time to get my carpet professionally cleaned. This liquid works so well for me and my family. You put it on the little accident, wait a bit for it to dry, then vaccum and the smell is totally gone. 👌 It does not have a powerful smell of flowers or perfume, instead it has a clean scent that isn't overpowering at all. I really love and recommend this.

I think this is a good product. I had enough left after shipping damage to treat a couple of stains. HOWEVER I would not order again because there in no internal seal and both shipments I received had leaked and soaked through the box (the first bottle was half empty and the second barely had any left). I think the issue is with the manufacturer and not Amazon because the issue is the bottle not a shipping problem.

Two chihuahuas pee everywhere in my house. I've tried so many products and they don't work. I've tried enzyme product and they didn't work either. Finally... This product WORKS. LET ME TELL YOU IT REALLY DOES! I put it in a spray bottle, saturate the stain, and wow it's gone. I shampoo my carpets once a month, and you can't even tell I have animals. This item is on my regular supply list. Can you see the spot where they pee in the pic?? Neither can I and there is NO SMELL. If you have dogs inside your house..... WELL WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!

This is very watery. I had to add a sprayer to make it easier to use. It does ok, but I won’t purchase again.

I love this product. I use it on my laminate floors where my senior Terrier & Chihuahua have most of their accidents. I replaced the cap w/ a trigger spray & works perfectly to avoid soaking the floor. I wipe away the urine w/ paper towel, then spray & wait 2 minutes before i mop it w/ my Swifter. I do it twice just in case. The smell of dog urine is neutralized & replaced by this rather sweet but strong scent. You know the urine odor was not just covered up because the next day there is no trace of it! I highly recommend this product.

I did not have alot of faith in the product when ordered but figured I would give it a try. Dog kept urinating in the same spot. always cleaned it with the pet spot extractor machine I have but regardless of the cleaning chemical I used, he would always to back, sniff and urinate whenever we were not watching. This cleaner requires you to soak the area, agitate, and let dry. It smells very nice and seems to have removed all urine traces. Its been two months and the dog has not once gone up to smell the area.
