I'm weaving small spa towels to give as gifts. A nice bar of soap will complete the ensemble. This seller went far & above in my order. They included a vial of perfume & a folder of sample perfumes!!!!! Wow!!!! After buying different soaps, this one won as my favorite selection. I based it on scent, ingredients, lather, appearance, price & longevity. I'm happy to say this soap is very luxurious & I know my friends & family will also love to receive one as a special gift!

Don't buy this soap or any of Nesti Dante's soaps if you hate perfumed toiletries. The fragrance is strong and complex; one cake will permeate your whole bathroom or linen closet. (For me, that's a good thing.) However, it does not linger long on the skin after rinsing (also a good thing). The cake is enormous -- probably too big for a standard American soap dish. It lathers up instantly and luxuriously, with a creamy foam that feels silken on your skin and leaves it soft, not dried out. Even the wrapper is upscale. While the price makes it seems like a splurge, one cake lasts a long time and I figure that anything that makes me feel like an Italian movie star is money well spent.

This smells beautiful and the size of the soap bar last a lifetime.

This soap has a nice light tangerine scent and lathers well. That said, I wouldn’t describe it as moisturizing, though it doesn’t dry my skin like Dove. Get it if you can find it at five dollars or under however it’s frequently selling for more. I don’t think it’s very good value priced over five dollars per bar.

Love this soap! It lathers great with my loofah in the tub and has a wonderful lemony type scent. The fragrance lingers in the bathroom for some time. I've ordered a few more. It lasts pretty long as I wet my loofah and rub it across the bar. Lots of bar soaps dissolve in a week. But I don't let it sit in the bath tub while I bathe. It feels luxurious!

Too pricey for how long the scent lasts.
