It contains NO toxic chemicals, is almost weightless to carry and carries on the tradition of Swiss made quality perfectly. While not insulated, is keeps water cold for quite a while and quite cool for longer still. It also lasts forever.

Lightweight and leakproof! Great water bottle

I've had the bottle for a few months. The dent in it came from dropping it from waist heighth, 3/4 full, and landing almost horizontally. If it was stainless steel, it might have merged unscathed. UPDATE 10/24: This was dropped in the dirt, and sustained a big dent on the side. It's just too flimsy, you'd be better off with a steel Hydroflask.

SIGG’s Original aluminum .75L water bottle is actually awesome. This bottle is super light when empty, and its footprint is tiny compared to today’s popular insulated bottles. It’s quite refreshing to hold a compact yet voluminous bottle. Also it fits in standard cup holders. The finish of the bottle is stunning, I ordered red which has a beautiful candy red color which is best appreciated in person. In a world full of trendy water bottles, buy the SIGG original water bottle, you won’t regret it. The bottle can dent easily if dropped, as it is made of lightweight aluminum, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. However, if you don’t mind being a little more careful with the water bottle, it should be a non-issue. The real disappointment is Amazon, and their inability to package their shipments appropriately. The bottle arrived with small dents in various places, see pictures. Unfortunately the bottle was shipped with no packing material, loose in an oversized box. I guess I should be thankful it wasn’t shipped in a poly mailer, but due to a lack of packing material the bottle was undoubtedly damaged during shipping. It is frustrating to buy things on Amazon, as time and time again things come in damaged. Amazon do better.

I use these bottles on a "retro" gravel bike for riding in no real hurry. Aluminum makes everything taste better and the bottles are easy to clean and leakproof.

There is a dent at the bottom of the bottle below SIGG. I would like to receive a replacement of the bottle in grey, which I ordered. I suggest that the shipper improve the quality of shipping and product sourcing. Daniel Hue Amazon repeated customer

These bottles are made in Switzerland, which is great. But they are very thin and are not insulated well (most modern water bottles have double-walled insulation - this one does not). While the bottle is lightweight, it is a bit flimsy and will dent easily. The cap seems a little cheap too - mostly plastic with some thin metal components. The cap doesn't tighten easily and sometimes water leaks out of the seal. When sipping, there's a bit of an overlap of metal materials right where your lips meet the bottle, making it an uncomfortable experience (this lip area is borderline sharp). While this particular model is made in Switzerland, be forewarned that this company makes some of their other products in China. Overall, it's an OK product - and a bit overpriced. UPDATE: It's ironic that I wrote about the product denting easily and having a cheap plastic handle, because the handle fell off while I was carrying it full of water, causing me to drop the bottle on my door threshold - putting a big dent in the side of the water bottle. This would not have happened to better built bottles.

Very sturdy and just a good solid water bottle. Easy to wash and maintain. I love the ring on the cap I'm able to hang it for my backpack to keep it on me when I need it.

Sigg have been making water bottles for close to 100 years in Switzerland. They have perfected the art of the aluminum light weight bottle. This one is particularly nice as the form is based on one of their first models. It looks very cute and the wide opening neck is excellent to drink from and easily accommodates ice cubes .I also like the little handle at the top . All in all excellent!

Flasche ist sehr leicht, auch im Vergleich zu anderen Sigg Flaschen. Der Verschluss ist sehr stabil und selbst bei Sprudel fast immer dicht. (Schütteln sollte man aber trotzdem vermeiden). Ich bin 100% zufrieden.

Not really the “classic” Sigg bottle that looks like a camping fuel canister, but I’ve come to appreciate the style. I like that it’s lighter than my Kleen bottle of the same capacity, at least when empty, even though the fine threads are not as nice to drink from. I only use it for water and it holds carbonated water without complaint.

This is just beautifully designed. It feels like something you want to touch and visually Sigg have hit the aesthetic perfectly - it is just a lovely object. Functionally it works well, it’s light and easy to open and I like the wide mouth. Others have criticised the slightly streaky finish, but I love it. I also like the moves to make this carbon neutral - aluminium smelting is a high-energy activity. My only pet-peeve is the label on the bottom (which, among other things, tells you not to insert body parts) which was difficult to remove. I used vodka, but WD40 would probably work. Why oh why do companies use adhesive which is hard to remove? Or why not just put the information on the paper tear-off label on the neck. Anyway, l love it.
