Super Organics Coconut Milk Powder
This organic coconut milk powder is good in coffee or tea as a creamer but also delicious reconstituted to for use as a dairy-free milk substitute in cooking or for drinking where the coconut flavor is compatible with the other components. The ingredients are simple--just organic coconut milk and organic maltodextrin which may be added to increase shelf life, which although will vary, for this re-sealable pouch is one year. The powder is USDA certified organic and is gluten-free, lactose-free, non-GMO, and vegan. The rich coconut taste is outstanding both alone and in hot drinks but is also first rate when added to cereal or oatmeal. There are 38 one scoop servings (1 tablespoon) per 8 ounce bag. Nutritional breakdown is one scoop has 2 grams of saturated fat, 3 grams of carbohydrate and nothing else—no sugar, sodium, cholesterol, etc. And, no unpleasant aftertaste. The powder requires warm water to dissolve properly—it clumps up in cool or cold liquid even when mixed with a whisk or shaker jar. So, to prepare a cold milk substitute mix up a small quantity in advance, probably enough to consume in a day, using warm water and refrigerate for later use. Excellent.

Great addition to my healthy bean brownies! Recipe included!
I am always looking to make regular meals healthier. I like to replace rice with cauliflower rice, replace white sugar with Stevia and use beans where ever I can. I used this sugar to replace half the sugar in a healthier homemade brownie pie recipe I have tweaked with the main ingredient being low sodium canned great northern beans. For all of you skeptics out there, don’t knock it until you try it. This recipe is one I found online however I have tweaked the ingredients and trust me: it will blow you socks off. Ingredients: 2 cans low sodium northern beans 1/3 cup cocoa powder 2/3 cup quick oats (keep whole or blend into a flour) 1/4 cup applesauce 1/2 tap salt 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 cups sugar (half white/half agave insulin powder) 1 cup chocolate chips (half milk/half dark) Oil is to drizzle in (any oil works: grapeseed, olive, avocado, vegetable) Add all ingredients into a food processor and then on low. While on, slowly drizzle the oil into the food processor until the mixture is smooth then add in chocolate chips and then on high for a few minutes until everything is incorporated into a batter. Pour into a pre-greased 8 inch circle pan, cook for 25 minutes and then left cool in the refrigerator for 4+ hours. Slice and serve! It is best served warmed up with vanilla ice cream!

Not very sweet and a bit pricey
not nearly as sweet as sugar but still a clean sweet taste with no aftertaste. still very expensive as a sweetener and there are less expensive sources of inulin won't be buying again at this price

Good Taste, Healthy.
I like this coconut milk powder! Non-GMO, Vegan and USDA Organic, this is a very natural product. Open up the bag, it also contains a small plastic scoop for you to use. The texture of the powder is pretty fine. Since coconut contains natural moisture and oil, this powder actually feels a little "wet". This is totally normal to me. I tried just now by mixing up with some warm water. It dissolves quickly. I shot a tiny video on this also. The coconut milk that I made tastes good to me. It has a pure and clean coconut flavor with a hint of natural sweetness. If you leave the coconut milk for a couple of minutes, you can also see the coconut oil layer on top of the milk, that's the good stuff! I am perfectly fine to put into my coffee/tea next time to enjoy a little bit difference from the usual coffee/tea taste. :)

Pleasantly surprised
I opened the bag and was like "oh geez what have I gotten myself into". Rather than a pretty purple powder its a darkish purple tinted brown, not at all appetizing to look at. Since I'm lazy, I tossed 1/2 tsp onto my Greek yogurt with some blueberries. Took a bite and was pleasantly surprised. It tastes almost like mild raisins. Slightly sweet but not too much, just enough to take away some of the tartness of the greek yogurt. I like the protein and probiotics found in Greek yogurt but I don't enjoy the tart. I put fruit in, but I really don't want to crank up the sugar and carbs. This stuff added less than 1 carb and 0 grams of sugar, but took the edge off the tart. I will be adding it to my morning yogurt from now on.

Coconut milk powder tastes great in my coffee and does not irritate my stomach
Adding this Organic Coconut milk powder to my coffee makes it taste so much better. I've always preferred milk or liquid creamer in my coffee but even the non-dairy creamer irritates my stomach so I've been drinking my coffee black for several years now. This powdered Coconut milk doesn't seem to effect me adversely at all and it tastes great. I love knowing that it is organic and non-GMO also. It contains NO sodium or cholesterol and only 1% total Carbohydrates per scoop. I'm sure this Coconut milk powder has many other uses including adding it to recipes calling for dairy products or adding it to homemade beauty products such as soap or lotion. The Coconut powder comes in a resealable foil pouch and includes a scoop so you just open it up and it is ready to use.
