Will this work for 320 x 5 legion?

a Sig Sauer P320 x 5 will work with this shooting rest . I use the add-on pistol post for most hand guns.

Is there a windage adjustment?

No adjustment for windage, elevation only.

Any one used this for a shotgun?

No. I love it for my handguns though!!

Is the carpet on the front Y rest flame resistant?

Polyester carpet...... by design is inherently flame resistant. If exposed to something hot enough to ignite, it will melt before it bursts into flames. Yes, a super heated barrel from a gun that has been fired many times could potentially melt the carpet. Hope this helps.
