Urban Platter Freeze-Dried Strawberry Powder, 40g

Ordering already a few times. I use it to give a flavour to my protein shake and to colour the cream for cakes. Comparing to artificial colours this is natural and also had good taste.

The powder was not in power form. There was too much caking.

This product is very expensive & not worth buying. Looks like fungus formation Very dry & lumpy not powdery Old cheap quality product in new packaging Im a home baker & wanted to try this product Totally useless

This doesn’t look freeze dried. I have used freeze dried berries before but this felt like a spray dried powder. Also taste and flavour is below average.

First thing price showing in a bill 395 but as you can see sticker was showing 400.. expected colour will be red but it's a not red...
