SCRUFFY DOG Vintage Messenger Bag for Men & Women - 13" Canvas Satchel 7 Pockets, Tablet & Laptop Storage, Adjustable Crossbody Shoulder Strap for Travel or Everyday Use

I wanted to use this bag for a while before I added anything here... When I purchased this (6/7 months ago) I was immediately impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the design, materials and robustness. So I waited as to not be visually biased, and have purchasers remorse. I'm here to tell you that it was worth every penny and more. The durability alone is great. Size? Fits all I need and more. I use it for work daily, and stuff it with a few small hand tools, hand towels, gloves, winter hat, extra clothes just on case... My lunch.. Few Water bottles. That's just the main compartment. Inside it also has a small place for things like keys/wallet or whatever. Large front expanded pocket, 2 small but expandable side pockets, and a non expanding full size pocket in back. Nice thick and comfortable shoulder strap. On thing that's amazing is the construction of off this bag... Heavy duty without the "heavy weight" nice heavy duty zipper, and flap over with snaps... OK, the snaps... Built to last and the best part is they incorporated a loop with the snap so it can be easily snapped closed with one hand/2 fingers. Put your finger behind the Loop and pop its closed. I am a rough guy, but I do take care of all my equipment. This seems to be holding up fantastic, I highly recommend this as a good go to bag.

This is the best and coolest bag I have! It’s sturdy, functional, has lots of pockets and is perfect for everyday use! It holds all of my stuff with plenty of room to spare. The metal clasps and buttons are heavy duty and are great for attaching equipment and extras for. Whether you’re looking for a daily carry bag, travel o a sturdy rucksack for the field , Scruffy Dog is a companion for life!!! 🐾 An extra note: the new hats look GREAT!!! I’m looking forward to getting one or two after I save a few extra bucks. I’m REALLY looking forward to seeing more products from Scruffy Dog!!! I would love to be a field tester for some of their new products. Some Scruffy Dog decals would be GREAT!!! 🐕 UPDATE: The more I use this bad the more I love it! It’s perfect for all of my EDC {Every Day Carry) equipment. It goes everywhere I do and it’s holding up great as far as I can see. I get it lot of random compliments on it and have since bought a couple of hats. I would love to see Scruffy Dog Trading to come out with some really nice, heavy winter hoodies that are better than the average run of the mill hoody! I really like the new high quality t shirts and have one in my cart already. In addition to the heavy hoodies idea I thought it would be great to see a line on Scruffy Dog heavy warm flannel shirts with a square leather Scruffy Dog patch at the bottom of the buttons. I honestly can visualize Scruffy Dog coming out with a really nice line of better than average clothes. Anyway, looking forward to seeing what else comes out from Scruffy Dog Trading Co over the next six to twelve months! i’m really enjoying their merchandise. I highly recommend them!

This Scruffy Dog bag is the coolest, most well-made bag I’ve ever bought (that wasn’t leather)! It’s made of like a thick canvas type material mixed with heavy-duty hardware, with snaps, clips, and pockets EVERYWHERE! It’s seriously a beautiful piece of work and a fantastic bag! EDIT Due to Issues w/Scruffy Dog Bag: As stated above, this bag is impressive with its mixture of canvas, leather details, pockets galore, and cool hardware. However, before I even loaded it up with purse contents, I noticed two (2) snaps that had fallen apart, right out of the bag. I was really disappointed. But after contacting Amazon’s chat customer service and then after getting past the robot, I was connected to a great representative. He got in touch with Scruffy Dog and they agreed to send me a new one and ship back the damaged one free. I received the replacement bag a few days later and I dropped off the other one at UPS yesterday. They were quick to fix the problem by sending me a new one that appears to be perfect. It must’ve just been a bag that slipped through QC somehow. So I still recommend this bag. It’s just cool. And the swap was all painless, quick, and I’m happy with the bag again!

This is the best bag ever. The shoulder strap is so comfortable!!! The front snap pocket holds my sons pampers, the back snap pocket holds the wipes, the inside of the bag holds my stuff and the zip poket holds my pens and lip balms!!!! The bag can hold soooooo much. The snap pockets are my favorite feature!! This is the only bag where I can keep my sons items separate from my own. The side pockets fit my iPhone perfectly!!! This bag is great for a parent to keep their stuff and a diaper bag all in one!!! I’m 5’1” and the bag isn’t too big on my frame!! I get tons of compliments when I wear this bag. Everyone loves the distressed edges!! I look forward to seeing the durability of this bag over time. The quality is top tier!!! UPDATE NOVEMBER 2024 I’ve had this bag for over a year and it’s still my favorite bag. This bag was worth every penny. Most messenger bags I’ve bought from Amazon came apart from daily use. This bag still looks just as wonderful as when I first bought it. It’s definitely kid proof!!! Look forward to more years with this bag!!!! UPDATE December 2024 Added a picture to show that there's absolutely no damage or wear and tear with this bag. I'll be purchasing another just in case this bag ever breaks. Loooooooooove the product!!!!!

I've had this bag for 2-3(?) years --- still looks brand new, lotsa room, goes with me everywhere! Love....!

04/01/2024: IT'S A TOTALLY GREAT CANVAS BAG WITH PLENTY OF POCKETSES, ZIPPERS, SNAPS, BUCKLES, & SWIVELS THE SCRUFFY DOG BAG! I don’t write a lot of reviews any more. I guess that’s mostly because I don’t understand all the “rules”. But I had to come on and tell the world that this bag is without a doubt, the best ‘all things’ bag I’ve ever used/had. Very well built, looks very cool and has enough room for all my day stuff as well as all the stuff my Scruffy Chihuahua needs for her day. Yeah, it seems a little pricey but the extra effort that went into this bag makes it all worth it. I feel that this will be the last bag I need to buy for a long time (unless some A.H. steals it). I think I especially appreciate the large, next-to-body exposed pocket that makes some important items easy and quick to reach when needed (nod, nod, wink, wink). Shipping was fast, the bag is just as described, and the large “Scruffy Dog” logo on the flap is a real treat. I think someone made a review and said that the logo is too big and gross or something. It’s exactly as was illustrated in the picture in the description. What’s the problem with assuming it will look like the picture?!? Any way, I am very happy I bought this bag and I recommend it to anyone who has to carry their stuff around with them. Thanx //(~_~)\\ AU

This bag is great! It can comfortably hold a lot of things whether you’ve got slim or bulky items. I love the strap because it’s soft on the shoulders and it’s very adjustable. I have my iPad, headphones, Nintendo switch, and even while holding my lunch. It’s a nice multipurpose bag. The zippers seem very durable and the snap buttons are very nice and secure. And there’s many side and hidden pockets as well. Can’t go wrong with this bag especially for the price. This bag is awesome! It can fit a ton of stuff, no matter if you have slim or bulky items. I love the strap because it’s super soft on my shoulders and it’s super adjustable. I can fit my iPad, headphones, Nintendo Switch, and even my lunch in it. It’s a great multipurpose bag.
