Very useful and better than many others
I've been using mine since July 2021. I have tried several other models by other brands as well and the other ones mostly fell short. Some were difficult to squeeze, had poor flow-through, had too many parts or other issues. The HappyPo XL has been a level above the others I've tried and when I bought it for ~£19, also good value. Pros: - bottle is a reasonably easy squeeze, - bottle hasn't deformed in the last ~3.5 years, - water flow-through is very good, - it's easy to clean and maintain, - much more comfortable than toilet paper when you'd have to use a fair amount e.g. after a... troublesome meal. Cons: - Like all of these, it gets mouldy on the inside over time. That's been an easy to sort out - application of a bit of HG anti-mould spray overnight sorts it out for a month or longer, even with daily use. - Might need descaling occasionally, if your anti-mould agent of choice doesn't take care of limescale. - Unless you have time to sit it out, you'll still need something to dry your bum after using it. I liked it enough to buy a spare, and I'd buy another one should something happen to the two I now have.

Clean and Refreshing Anywhere!
The HappyPo XL Easy-Bidet 2.0 has exceeded my expectations in every way! This portable handheld bidet sprayer is a total game-changer, especially for travel. Here’s why I’m giving it a full 5 stars: Portable and Convenient: This bidet is super easy to use and doesn’t require any batteries or complicated setup. It’s lightweight and compact, which makes it perfect for packing in my travel bag. I’ve taken it on trips, and it’s been a lifesaver in places where bidets aren’t available. Gentle and Effective Cleansing: The water pressure is gentle but effective. It provides a thorough clean without being harsh, which is especially important for sensitive skin. The extra-large size holds plenty of water for each use, so I never feel like I’m rushing. Eco-Friendly: I love that this sprayer helps reduce the need for toilet paper, making it an eco-friendly option that’s both sustainable and practical. Hygienic and Easy to Clean: The design makes it super easy to clean and maintain. Plus, it’s discreet enough to take anywhere without drawing attention. Overall, the HappyPo XL Easy-Bidet 2.0 is a fantastic investment for anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and convenience on the go. I highly recommend it for both home and travel use!

Game changer!
Honestly this is a game changer!! Was looking for something my husband could easily use for this task after his replacement hip surgery and came across this. Got one to try myself first and now wondering why these are not the norm for this task instead of loo roll. It’s such a simple idea but it has been cleverly designed to work brilliantly. 100% better for us and for the environment than wet wipes or dampening loads of loo roll for the clean up. Using this product feels, and is, so much cleaner and is much quicker and more hygienic. . Apart from using a couple of sheets for patting dry, loo roll is now a thing of the past as far as I’m concerned!! I’ve ordered another one for my husband!

Design Flaws
I really wanted to like this….However, there are a few key issues I have noticed with this product having given it a go. First of all, the spray nozzle although functional is not ideal for the intended use. I believe instead of a series of small holes there should be one, larger hole so that there is a stronger, more targeted jet of water to the let’s just say… awkward to reach part of the body you’re trying to use this on. Instead, this nozzle just kind of wets the area in a way that’s not particularly helpful. I will point out I am a woman so I was using this pointing up from underneath, so this may be less of an issue for a man as they can use it pointing downwards although I obviously can’t say for sure. I ended up using it and having to use toilet roll anyway and more of it as this just added moisture to the situation. I have sensory issues so I did find this irritating. There should at least be different options for the nozzle. I can see this being useful for perhaps rinsing a menstrual cup or for a freshen up down there on the go but this is even made difficult as there is no leak proof cap for the nozzle. For me personally if I was going to use this on the go I would want to fill it up at home prior to going out then carry it with me (it does come with a handy waterproof fabric carry case) but the design makes this impossible as it would just leak everywhere in the bag due to the exposed nozzle. I’m considering trying to make my own in some way as this would make it more useable, I don’t like to waste things I’ve purchased. I don’t know about anyone else but I wouldn’t particularly want to be messing around filling this up with a water bottle in a public toilet especially as the whole premise of this is hygiene related. Doing so would be time consuming and fiddly also, especially as the hole to fill it up on the bottle part is on the smaller side. Obviously this is a minor issue as filling it up on the go can be done and may even be necessary at times but it would be nice to have the option to have it pre filled and ready to go. I buy these kind of products for convenience and time saving so it kind of defeats the object. Although that’s just an observation as I did buy this knowing it did not have a cap, it’s just now having used it I think this is a necessary accessory. This may also be useful if you’re ill/have had surgery or want something to have a quick wash with perhaps if camping or travelling a long distance but it’s something that some wet wipes and/or a flannel and some soapy water would do just as good if not a better job. The information leaflet also doesn’t contain enough information, it doesn’t say whether the plastic bottle is safe to boil to disinfect it etc and if there’s anything in place to prevent mould or bacteria growth unless I missed it. The price is not cheap and for the money I definitely think it should at least come with a cap. I’ve looked and the cheaper ones have caps but I chose this one as the water stream looked more powerful and it looked more robust. I will say the design is sleek and the materials do seem to be of a decent quality, it’s also easy the squeeze the water as the bottle part is quite soft, so I believe this would be ok for someone with arthritis or mobility issues. Although twisting the nozzle on & off the bottle part may be a bit tricky if you have any of these issues as you do have to apply a bit of pressure and twist it into place. Again, at a risk of sounding like a broken record, this would be less of an issue if it had a cap as it wouldn’t have to be done as often if using on the go. The size of the bottle and the amount of water it holds is decent and would be fit for purpose if the jet of water was more localised/powerful. It seems easy enough to clean (I used a small amount of some mild face/body wash & water) Squeezing the soapy water through the spray nozzle before rinsing it fully gives it a nice thorough clean. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on whether there are any issues long term with build up or wear etc. All in all this is a great idea, just poorly executed and overpriced IMO. Hopefully the company can look into these points and update the design. 🤞

Excellent product
Best travel and at home where bidet fixture is not possible or the water runs cold, just fill it with good temperature water and have hygienic toilet session. And saves hundreds on getting the automated seats

This actually works - wish I'd bought one years ago!
There are no moving parts, so very little to go wrong - you fill up the bottle with water, screw the top part on, and by squeezing the bottle you get a spray of water to clean yourself. It really works, and feels so much fresher than wiping with toilet paper. You still need to dab yourself dry after, so it doesn't mean doing without toilet paper completely, but you certainly use less. I've bought a second one to keep in my travel bag - I'm going to Greece next month on an island where the plumbing is not good so you have to put used toilet paper in a bin instead of down the loo. Yuk! But with this, I'll be putting clean but damp toilet paper in the bin, not soiled paper. A few useful tips that I've found using this: 1. Flush the loo first before using it. You're very unlikely to drop it in the bowl (I haven't done so so far) but just in case you do, it would be much nicer to fish it out of a clean bowl! 2. Staying sitting on the loo, reach underneath yourself with the Happypo (I usually fill it with water in advance), lean forward a little so that your cheeks are spread a little, and squirt - the "shower head" bit is, I'd guess, about 5cm away - so the device itself never gets soiled. You get a few squeezes out of one full bottle, so move back and forth a bit. One full bottle is enough to get yourself completely clean in most cases. Dab a bit of toilet roll there when you're done, to check, though. 3. You can of course fill it up with warm or cold water, but if only cold water is available, it's actually fine - it's not like having a cold shower! It should come with a cap and travel bag - I've seen a few reviews saying the travel bag was missing, and the second one I bought had the screw cap missing. I've never needed to use the screw cap, but I suppose it's useful if you're using a cubicle in a public toilet that doesn't have its own sink, and want to fill up from the communal sinks before you go in.
