Love so much given as gifts
I've had one for YEARS, including a replacement, bought 1 for my sisters and gift to friend, and we LOVE IT ! ! ! It's handled every job we've ever had, especailly clothes for work. Don't have unreasonable expectations - it's not a megapowerful 10 pound commercial iron/steamer, but it's not intended for such jobs.

The box is beat up. The Iron looks alright. But It's a Christmas present. It would've looked nicer if the box wasn't beat up. Not Happy!

Bought for a cruise but was not allowed in the cruise ship

Nice but a bit complicated
Works excellently! But, a bit ocmplicated to figure out! Well worth the money but use it on a day you have time to play around with it first! I tried to rush and get ready and it was not a turn on and go thing.....you need to give yourself time to see how it works. Once one and figured out great!

Junk - died after three uses!
The first two times I used it, it was everything I expected and wanted. HOWEVER, on the third use, it quit steaming,...nothing, just heat, but no steam. Without steam, it is worthless.

Even better than they claim!
I almost never give five star reviews, but this one deserves it. My mother gave me one of these for Christmas about five years ago, add it works even better than they claim. It’s compact enough that you can travel with it, but a very sturdy and handy little machine. It steams like a professional steamer, and irons like a normal household iron. My hands aren’t steady enough to use the seam creaser correctly, but I’m sure that works perfectly too. I never really appreciated how quick and easy this little guy is to use, until I dropped mine on the bathroom floor recently. Now it’s acting up, and I had to purchase another one in a panic. It quickly steams my dress shirts before I leave for work in the morning, gets any creases out of my slacks, and can be used for every day steaming of draperies or anything else you need to get wrinkles out of or freshen up. This is an investment, not just a purchase.
