I like that I can mix the amount I need, the wasabi is average taste, can't taste the real stuff in it. but its ok for the price.

It is good on meat. It is a bit pricey for my budget but flavorful.

Bitter not what I expected from the taste

Bland flavor with very little heat. Disappointed

First, it's clear that this is actually Wasabi and not a Western attempt to make a sinus blowing green golf ball. It is subtle and the flavor actually enhances flavors rather than causing you to wince. Not up to freshly grated (hence the 4 of 5), since it's freeze dried, but then it keeps forever and you don't need a extra fine grater. Very much worth the price.

I found this stuff to be pretty weak, even after mixing it and letting it sit for 15-20 minutes. Also, it's produced in China.

I just popped open a can of this last night. When mixed it looks grayish green, mixed ok, mild heat. I did not like the color. So, I ordered my old standby a few minutes ago and sent this one to the bin. A little goes a long way. You don't need lots of powder to make it up.
