I’ve been taking these aminos before and after workouts, and they really make a difference. The Berry Blast flavor is actually tasty (not chalky or weird), and it mixes quickly without clumping. Since adding this in, I’ve noticed faster recovery after spin + strength sessions, less soreness, and I feel stronger during my lifts. It’s pricier than some other supplements, but the quality is next level. Definitely worth it if you want a clean formula that actually helps with muscle gain and recovery.

I see the results taking it as a pre-workout out but it taste horrible in just water. So I decided to mix it in apple juice. The taste is better not the best but better. I might try it in a different juice like pineapple. How ever the results are awesome I do recover a lot faster. I take it at lunch before hitting the gym. At the end of the day I still take a regular protein shake. But I did try this alone at first for a month to see the difference. This actually helps add to what my body is missing. I feel fantastic and all the girls are looking at me with my 6 pack of abs and arms. It's good to get a product that does what it says. I will buy another when this runs out. Update this made me lose weight not actually gain muscle so if you're looking to shred this will do it.

I like the flavor. I have been drinking a few other supplements, and I can’t really tell if this one is the one that did the magic. I saw really good changes that I never saw before. The flavor is ok, use a lot of ice and enough water. What I don’t appreciate most is that this supplement is way more expensive than others. I would buy it again if I’m sure this one is the one that made the big changes. I won’t buy it again for now. I want to try with a different one, and see if I can get same results.

Taste is barely tolerable

Oh!mino has quickly become one of my favorite workout supplements. The Tropical Splash flavor is surprisingly good — refreshing and not overly sweet like some other powders out there. I’ve been taking it before and after workouts, and I can definitely feel a difference in my energy, endurance, and recovery. I love that it includes all 9 EAAs and BCAAs, and it’s stimulant-free, which is perfect for evening workouts or for people who are sensitive to caffeine.

I’ve been using non-flavored aminos and flavoring it myself. I decided to try something new. Regret. The after taste of this product made me nauseous. I took it three times and then trashed it. I do NOT recommend Oh-Amino. It tastes awful.
