Moist soft dissolvable, granules has a sweet smoothness to it without being over sugary. It comes in a resealable ziploc bag, excellent quality. You get a good amount at a very good price. Success! I just used the 365 Whole Foods light brown sugar in the filling for my homemade cinnamon rolls. The brown sugar is perfect, and you the quality is excellent. And it is always a great value for the money spent. I added a picture of my filling on the rolled out dough today, and the rolls came out delicious. My family loves them….as I take a bow, hahaha The brown sugar mixed up well with the cinnamon and butter, and the taste is perfect! Very happy with this light brown sugar and highly recommend!

Tasty and great to bake with organic brown sugar. I used it to bake pineapple meringue pie and it dissolved perfectly fine along with some flour in pineapple juice on low heat. Great value for what I paid for, with this being an organic item. There are some hard clumps but those will dissolve with some stirring and warmth. Once the resealable top gets sugar in it you won’t be able to use it, so be extra careful and maybe put this bag inside a larger zip bag to keep fresh.

This sugar has a really nice molasses scent and the grain is a bit larger. It seems really fresh and like decent quality. I think I like that c&h is a little finer and more moist, but this serves its purpose. Pricing seems average.

Literally, the best brown sugar I have ever had! Smell alone is unbelievable! You swear that bag was made that very morning! I also love that it came in a Ziploc bag and has been sitting on my counter for a while and didn’t even hint at a sign of drying out! How is that possible? Actually, I don’t care I just know this is the only brown sugar I will ever buy.
