Great product as helped me naturally with my knees and thanks for it I was able to play football again!!

After taking them for several weeks, my joints felt better than they had done in years. I have not made any other changes which might account for this improvement, so I have to think that it is the capsules working for me. I am now taking the capsules less frequently, but doing so if I feel any joint discomfort. It is important not to take them on an empty stomach, but a piece of toast or small snack is sufficient to help digest them.
