This works great!

I ordered this DVD player back in January and was very happy with it. It was nice and big and the screen resolution was decent. Up until about 2 weeks ago it worked great when all the sudden the screen turned bright pink and some of the pixels started dying around the edges make it nearly impossible for movie viewing. Obviously, I was a little frustrated but I reached out to the Sunpin customer service about the warranty on the device and was very pleasantly surprised! The player had a 12 month warranty so I was covered by it and after answering a few questions and a little back and forth, the company said they would send me another one ASAP. I was very pleased as good customer service is very important to me and something you can't always count on these days. Overall, I would say the the player is very good quality and I just got a fluke. It has a good resolution and a long battery life. Also, having the ability to flip the screen back on it's self is a huge plus and something I use a lot. Very pleased overall and would definitely buy again and recommend.

The 17.9" screen is about as large as you would want for a portable DVD player, and has fine resolution. The screen swivels, which is a nice feature, especially if you're using it in making a presentation. It has USB and sound card inputs, which adds to versatility. The remote is full featured. The controls are clearly labeled and easy to master. Overall, the product is impressive both as to features and build quality. Customer service is friendly and responsive to inquiries, which is always a plus.

The screen picture quality is good. The sound quality is good, too. One feature that is possibly desirable for some people is this player is versatile; it can play video discs from all three regions in the world. Considering all of the above, it is a good value. However, five months after my purchase while still under warranty, the majority of the screen quit showing pictures with reduced audio clarity. The company sent us another unit with no problems in a timely manner.

Last 2 I have purchased are cheap and have major technology flaws. One has green stripes running through the screen. The other has a DVD lid that won't latch or stay shut so we have to have a heavy item to hold it down. We have purchased 5 in all and 1st buy was great. 2nd one broke. 3 still works only if charging to the wall. Other 2 are totally awful.

We use this in the car when we drive long distances with our grandchildren. It has a large screen that swivels and a remote control. We can charge it in the car. The picture and volume are both very good. I contacted the company with a question and they responded immediately. They resolved the situation and were very easy to work with.

This is my third Sunpin DVD player. I keep upgrading to a larger screen. Works great and no problems with the sound.

This player is great small enough to be used by older, immobilised lady who is very happy to be able to watch her older DVDs. She is very grateful to have this item in her hospital room. Hope it lasts longer than 12 month warranty.

I’m so delighted with the picture quality, and value.At 82 it’s given me a new leases of life looking at all the dvds of family and friends. Well worth the money.So handy as a portable.

This was so handy during the ice storm when our power was out for 9 days, helped keep myself and my kids sane. It charged quickly during the short periods we had our generator on and the battery lasted quite a while. The screen is huge so we could all see perfectly and it was nice it came with a remote so we could stay bundled up. Would recommend, great for cottages, camping or on the go.

Large screen, great images & sound. Very happy with purchase. Just ensure you have an incoming plug adaptor as only has USA plug.
