Excellent powdered sugar. The texture is light and can easily be packed down for measuring. It did not clump at all. I just used it to make my icing for my homemade cinnamon rolls, and it was a hit! 1.5 cups of Whole Foods powdered sugar, a bit of vanilla, melted butter and cream cheese. Beat it all up and you have a delicious icing. My family and the grandkiddos all love it. Plus, this 365 Whole Foods powdered sugar is a great value. I appreciate the lower price, especially since I am a baker and I love good value along with excellent quality. Very happy and highly recommend.

Costs a little more, but tastes SO much better than the cheaper stuff mixed with corn starch - the tapioca makes a noticeable difference.

Powdered sugar... it is as it says. got this because of no corn starch in the blend. works great.

I did not know tapioca based sugar was a thing, but was needed for my powdered cranberries to not taste like soap! It worked. Great quality and texture. Will only be using this brand from now on.
