We keep 365 epsom salts on hand to replenish magnesium or remove impurities. A hot epsom salt bath is particularly helpful after a strenuous day of gardening. This formulation has a pleasant, mild scent.

Old school remedies that work. Epsom salts are always my go to for aches and pains. Very soothing in the bath.

Found this to be a great soak for skin impurities and had no negative skin reactions to essential oil ingredients.

Purchase this for the activated charcoal that’s in it. I stick a scoop of it in my bathtub along with four scoops of Epson/mineral salt and two scoops of baking soda. I soak in this at least 45 minutes every weekend. It helps me in so many ways as far as muscle recovery, quality sleep, list goes on. I think it’s a bit pricey and not sure how much it really adds to my bath soak. So to be honest with you not sure if I will purchase again. We will see if I miss it when it’s gone.

I love this product from Whole Foods! I kindly fell on it by Whole Foods choice rather when they were out of my plain Epsom salt that I normally get for bath time, food for my trees, cleansing time(y’all know) lol, and lawn care too! Yes Epsom salt is used for ALL that! I have a triple fusion in my neck and in my lower back of titanium plates and screws and Epsom salt is my LIFE! So when Whole Foods switched on my original Epsom salt, I was upset at first (we chronic pain ppl hate change) but now I LOVE WHOLE FOODS for doing so! I love this product cuz it doesn’t dry out my skin like the original one did. I always had to add coconut oil to my bath but with this one, I don’t! Thanks to Whole Foods for this switch up! I use 2 cups in my bath 3 to 4 times a wk! Best pain relief from muscle spasms there is!
