LUITON Tactical Radio Holster - Heavy Duty Molle Radio Holder for Two-Way Walkie Talkies

I purchased this for my husband to use for his radio since his department requires the radios to be in a holster so it's protected. I was worried because I thought it would only fit the smaller Motorola radios, but it holds his model perfectly! His department uses the MOTOROLA XTS2500 radios with the whisper mics. The bungie cord holder has to be adjusted a bit so it doesn't accidentally hit his SOS button, but the radio is still held securely. He wanted the holder with the "Punisher Skull" design, which looks cool! The other nice thing is that since his radio is taller, the bungie holder has to be loosened a good bit in order to cover the top of the radio. Luckily, the "Punisher Skull" patch can be moved down so that the bungie cord holder can be secured on the top part of the velcro on the front of the holster. It was a pain trying to find a good fitting holster for his older radio! Hopefully this will help anyone who is looking for a solid holster for those older, taller radios like the XTS2500!

Solid radio pouch. I use if for my ham HT radio when I POTA and holds the radio in no problem. It does such a good job that I have hard time getting my radio out of the pouch.

This is, in general, a decent radio pouch FOR A RADIO WHOSE BODY IS AT LEAST 6" TALL. If you have a Baofeng UV5R or similar I'd recommend the Luiton's other pouch (ASIN B0BTS55CJF), which is adjustable, or the OneTigris. The UV5R just gets swallowed up in the pouch unless you have an extended battery pack.

Fits holds perfectly

It's your standard quality, copy design out of China. Velcro seems solid, the size is just right, and it's easy to put on and take off. From what I've seen so far the design it's going to be as durable as you would expect.

Fits my Motorola radio for work. However it doesn’t actually open so the bungie cord just needs to be moved aside. Not quick access, but if securing the radio to you important then I’d def buy it

How I use it. I am a Police Motor Officer and spend the majority of my time running high speeds up and down the interstate stopping speeding vehicles. I use this pouch to secure my Harris XL200 to my external body armor molly vest. This pouch keeps my radio secure and I do not feel it moving at all even while at speeds over 100 mph. Great securing strap. The design of the strap to secure the radio in the pouch is great. It uses a stretch draw string and Velcro. Once you tighten the drawstring to the desired tightness the Velcro, in which the draw string is attached, is used to easily loosen the drawstring without adjusting the drawstring tightness itself. Benefit of soft case over hard. I chose to go with a soft case for all my molly pouches so when it’s time to wash the vest I can leave everything attached and wash it in the machine. You could probably do the same with hard plastic case if you don’t mind beating up your washer and dryer. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. The look and design is great, the pouch properly secures my radio and the pouch feels secure to my vest. I never feel like the radio will fall out of the pouch or the pouch will fall off the vest.

Excellent quality product !! If you wear a duty belt for work, or a vest that has the Molle straps, this radio holster is excellent for the small to medium radios, such as a Motorola GP300, XPR 6350 or 6550. The radio sits down in the pouch. There is room for the shoulder mic attachment if you use one of those. And you can use the draw string at the top to secure it inside. I had one before this one, it just wore out, but it lasted a very long time.

Work as expected.

Quality is fine but it doesn’t fit the larger radios well even though it was advertised to otherwise good
