Medaille d’Or Omni’Nettoyant - Nubuck & Suede Cleaner Shoe Shampoo

A little more than I wanted to pay for a cleaner but totally worth it. I have suede sneakers that I have not worn in quite a while because I couldn't get the stain out. I came across a video of a professional man who said to use this product and he even gave a demo cleaning suede boots. I did the same and it worked so well! Now I can wear my suede sneakers again. I bought their waterproof spray too. Works well. Quality products.

After using this soap + rejuvenator + protectant my shoes have consistently come out like new despite being 3 years old and being worn 3/4 days of the week. The suede maintains its softness (let it dry and brush with suede eraser and then horse hair brush to bring back the nap). In the future I might consider the Omnidaim for value instead, but the d'or version is superb.

I used this shampoo on my UGGS and I followed the "picture" directions and watched a couple of YouTube videos and it was so easy. I only used a small amount and it still did the trick and took a butter/oil stain right out. I probably only used about a 1 big tablespoon of shampoo to maybe 2 tablespoons of water and was able to shampoo both boots. My boots were maybe 3 months old and they got a small stain on them but this amount of the shampoo worked. I was a little afraid to put too much shampoo in because I was unsure of how the rinsing would go, but I lathered up my boots and was able to rinse out the soapiness by just wetting the brush a few times and the soap was out. I probably spent approximately 5 minutes, give or take, to do both boots and they were done. I did brush my boots both before and after letting the boots dry. It really only took 2-3 hours for the boots to be good and dry. The nap of the suede brushes right back to normal. My boots were a chestnut color (light tan) and they came out the same color-no difference really. Would highly recommend, worth the price. Just use the shampoo sparingly at first because in my case it was all I needed and the product will last longer.

Works. However the brush they include does nothing for stains. You’re better off going to harbor freight and picking up a pack of soft wire brushes for about $3. Boots were discolored after cleaning and drying but these are pretty old and needed extra scrubbing for old stains. Will be recoloring them with suede dye in the near future. I poured 2 parts water one part cleaner into a shot glass and that was plenty to clean both boots, I then rinsed the soap by putting the boots under running water then left them outside to dry, no water stains whatsoever. Used this to clean cooking grease off my brushed leather cowboy boots. Used the cleaner as directed and let them dry overnight. The next morning they looked like new. I’m very pleased with the cleaner and the results.

When I opened my package the cap wasn’t sealed properly and most of it had spilled…. Works great but they should address that issue.

Used the suede cleaner immediately upon arrival. My ten year old suede boots look new again! From one bottle I was able to clean two pair of tall women’s suede boots and one pair of men’s chukka lace ups. Will be purchasing this brand again.

there is simply no other Suede cleaner I would choose for my expensive handmade suede shoes, I've been using Saphir products for years now and I would not consider using any other brand for my shoes. follow the instructions included in the box for clarity and feel free to reach out if you have questions. there is also a very useful " how to video" posted in youtube by Mr Kirby Alisson of the "Hanger Project".

Incredibly good cleaning performance. I love that you don’t need to rinse, so it’s quite easy to use and time-saving. I only use it on textile shoes (white in general) and haven’t tried it on suede.

made shoes look brand new. (a second hand pair off ebay). now they my favourite pair!
