I’ve been subscribed to this whole food multivitamin for a while, and overall it’s a good quality supplement with clean ingredients. However, I recently realized it contains iron, which I’m currently trying to avoid due to my personal health needs. Because of that, I decided to cancel my subscription. It’s still a solid product for those who need iron, but it just isn’t the right fit for me.

I have noticed a difference in my energy level since taking these vitamins. They are pricey so I tried a different brand that also says it is whole food. It didn’t give me any energy so I am back with these and feeling more energized. They are big but they work.

These seem soooo good, they have a great combination of vitamins but the pills are way too big? I just consumed them for a few days because every time I took them I felt them almost getting stock in my throat, very unpleasant feeling. I even tried to break them in half but they crumble in powder and also feels worse drinking them down with the broken rough edges! I’d loved them of they came in soft gels or smaller sized pills 😿

This is the best multivitamin I've ever used! The natural, organic whole food ingredients are fantastic, and I've had no negative side effects. My urine has turned bright yellow, almost neon, which I don't mind, because I know it's just all the different herbs and nutrients doin' their thing. So don't be alarmed if you see the same thing. This multivitamin is potent and it's given me increased energy and focus while slightly reducing my overall chronic pain, which is great when you have an exhausting chronic illness (fibro, CFS, degenerative discs, etc.) to deal with! The tablets are a bit on the larger side, but I don't have much trouble swallowing them. If you do, just take one at a time. I also bought this multivitamin for my mom, who has osteoarthritis, and her pain and mobility have improved significantly, after just one dose. After one week of daily use, her severe limping is almost completely gone and she hasn't needed a single Advil for hip pain. I'm telling you, this has been the single most significant remedy for her and it's such a blessing! The nutrients, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients have truly been helping both me and my mom and we will continue to take this for a long time. Now my dad takes the men's version.
